This store is always so clean and friendly. The people who work here, especially Sherri, are always so kind, helpful and considerate. However, Sherri is the main reason I only go to this Curahee Street location in Toccoa for all of my convient store needs. She is just a joy to be around. Thank you for this type of kindness, especially during this stressful pandemic time and when other stores are not always so friendly and inviting; it really matters.

I recently visited this store. I went inside and played some of the slot machines in the back. I had just played out my money on a machine and so I was going to put $5 back in it to play a little more. Well I put a $5 bill into the bill accepter. The machine had taken my money but did not display or credit the $5 I just inserted. I let the male cashier know what had happened. He got the keys and quickly glanced at something on the screen then proceeds to tell me that it did not show where $5 had been deposited and turned around to walk off. I asked him to check back on his cameras (since there's 3 security cameras in that particular room) to verify that I had put the money in the machine without ever touching the screen or the buttons and immediately got up from the chair to go ask for assistance. He told me that he didn't have the password to access the cameras and he could not contact the owner/manager of the store. He told me that I could have $5 in store credit but he would not refund or retrieve my money from the machine. I won't be giving this store another chance to take my money again.
