Several in-person visits spawned this review.
PROS
1. Clean, Smelled Nice & Quiet
2. Decent Parking/♿️ Accessible
CONS
1. Very Poor Customer Greeting - Acknowledge the people who keep your store open.
2. Lax Service With No Smile - Customers like to know you're glad they're there.
3. Inaccurate Information - Make sure the info you give customers is accurate and up to date.
4. Bad Send Off - Wish your customers a nice day, even if you're not having one. Make them want to return and not go elsewhere.
Some other reviews favor this bank and even go so far as to say they love it. I'd like to love this bank too. However, they'll have to work on the above mentioned first.

Horrible place to bank. I used to like south state until I started having to use the toccoa one. Branch manager is rude . I’ve used them for YEARS, couldn’t get a loan here went to regions got a loan for double. I can’t even get them to cash my checks . It’s absolutely horrible. I hate to close my bank account because most of my bills are on auto pay , but I’m seriously considering!

I will never like anyone like peach state credit union but it half way accounts state online change overnight money didn't add up a few times but it my on fault I did stay on top of it

Have had a account with them for over 20 years be they changed from community bank to south state bank and was happy with them until these last few years. I am at the point now that I will be looking for a new Bank and closing my account. I am tired of being charged for there mistakes. Any Good Banks in Toccoa Ga. Area.
