I saw quite a few bad reviews for southern wave, but I have used them for years. Asked the guys to scrub a little more/harder today to get tree sap off. There are just a few spots left on car, but I know how hard it is to get sap off! The guys have always been polite and helpful!

Today I took my car through here 2 times. Did my car look good? No. It looked Like it wasn't washed whenever I came back the second time he was asking me, Did I want to take my car back through here again? And my answer was, I want my car to be cleaned. I didn't want it just to be washed. I wanted my car to be cleaned, I aint trying to just get a free car wash.I want my vehicle to look like the advertisement.Said it would.I'm not satisfied with this place anymore.

Great place to wash and vacuum your vehicle In Toccoa Georgia offers washing by hand, or you can sit in your vehicle as you go through the auto wash. Also has free (very good) vacuum available and of course change is available

If I could rate this negatively I would. The change makers didn’t work. The car wash nobs are not what you select and the pay vacuum machine took our money and never turned on! What a complete rip off! This place is completely run down and needs to close.

I do not know what has been going on lately but I have the $40.00 a month unlimited washes but the last few time I was there they did not spray i with the bug remover spray which left bugs on my windshield and one of those times there was no soap in the water they were using for their brushes. I relay on my car being clean and have done a great job in the past but lately it has been a half fast job on the boy's part. I think maybe they need to be trained better.

On Monday May 20th 2024 I was in need of a car wash. I went in to have my car washed and they done a great job. I will be back in the near future. The two guys treated me just like family. Thanks.

This place has the weakest pressure of any car wash I think I have ever been. Not sure if they are trying to save money or if the washer needs repair. My first clue should have been all the other car washes in town were busy but this place only had one car. My mistake...

It's a small automated, drive-thru wash. For $12.00, made my work vehicle look brand new. The two young men who manned the car wash were also very helpful and friendly. All the vacuums were operable on my visit and do-it-yourself wash lanes were readily available - if you prefer your own personal touch. Great value for overall experience.
