We've heard amazing things about this place, and so we decided to check it out; we're so glad we did! It's a family-owned dealership, and you can definitely tell. Glen and his son Lawrence went above and beyond our expectations - that's very rare to find nowadays! We looked at a car and asked for some things to be fixed; low-key, we weren't expecting it to happen, knowing they had already replaced and fixed other issues the car had before we saw it. That totally wasn't the case, though. Everything we asked to be fixed got fixed! They also had extra things fixed, which definitely saved us money, and they also gave us a generous discount! Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, it came with a four-month warranty! We highly recommend coming here! You won't be disappointed, promise!

Glen and the Toccoa Automall team are amazing! They have great connections with local shops, and mechanics, and their customer service is top notch in the time I was there I saw Glen sort out a few different issues, one of which any other dealer would have just told the customer to solve on their own. If you are in the area and need some wheels give this place a shot. You won't be disappointed.

We got a great deal on a truck and all the guys here helped. It was not a one person deal they treat you like family and it doesn't feel like a normal car dealer. They are helpful and they don't push anything on you.

Worst mistake I ever made was buying from Taccoa auto mall the car broke down in 11 months the engine went out and the warranty wouldn't cover it. My advice is go somewhere else.
