We were going to rent a unit here, but after talking to Brittney we will take our business elsewhere. She was rude and condescending while we were polite and just trying to get our questions answered. Best of luck to this business, they will need it with her answering the phones.

Probably one of the worst places I have ever rented for storage... Not because of the price... But because of the management. They are constantly changing the gate codes and not informing the renters. Then when you get there and realize the gate code is changed .. they refuse to answer a phone to give you the right code .. and GOD forbid you get behind on a payment, have the unit double locked, make the payment and ask them to make sure it's unlocked so you can get in only to drive 45+mins one way to find it still double locked and no one can answer or tell you how to get the other lock off so you can access your own belongings. The spiders and bugs in the units are atrocious! Never seems to be any maintenance for the property. Yet when you want to discuss issues the owners won't ever call you back and you get hung up on or not even answered by the managers. Such a hassle trying to have access to your own stuff. It's ridiculous! Best bet... Pay the extra few dollars and rent from a different company. I'm currently looking into other facilities to move our unit to. I've had enough of this unprofessional place.

Please quit calling me to rent a storage unit. Look at the differences between the phone numbers listed on the website. I have contacted this company numerous times and they have yet to change it. I've been nice and redirected customers to the right phone number and I keep getting calls.
