Worst Experience with any company, EVER. Especially one that you depend on to supply fuel to heat your house. This company decided that it was to difficult to drive their truck down my driveway to fill my tank. This came as a huge suprise as the tank had been in the same place it has been in since I purchased the house over 3 years ago. I asked if they could help find a solution to the problem such as relocating the tank. They were not willing to help me relocate the tank or leave the tank and supply propane long enough for me to find another company to take over and provide propane. My account is in good standing. They pulled their service out from under me without supplying a different solution and without giving me time to have a different company to take over. I am astounded that a company would do this to a long term customer. Their website says that they are willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy and feel secure, In this case they were not willing to go 300 feet. Be warned.

Several weeks ago we ordered propane and a tank. There was no real rush since it is summer and the new stove had just been ordered. We didn't think that no rush meant we would never get the tank or propane. As a matter of fact, we finally got a call two weeks ago that the tank and propane would be here by the end of LAST week. Nope. So my husband went by to check and they have no idea when they can get the propane out to us. Can we go ahead and pay for it? No.Never mind Tugalo Gas. I called Toccoa Service Gas yesterday and guess what! I have a tank, propane, and a working stove now. I will not be calling you guys again. You have lost a customer.

Called to have propane delivered but said they only deliver twice a year in our location. What??? Tank is at 18 and I called when it was 36. The website says "serving your family since 1946" you mean we only serve twice a year! You are s*** out of luck if you need propane.

When we bought our house it had a Tugalo tank already on the property. We had never had a propane tank before and had no idea of what to do or how to care for the heaters. The first time they came out to our house they went over everything with us which we truly appreciated and made us feel at ease having propane heaters in our home. I really appreciate the time they took to educate us and every interaction since then has been wonderful too. Whenever we call we always get the same person in the office and she is just as sweet as could be, not to mention very helpful. This company truly cares about it's customers and I'm so glad we ended up with them as our propane provider.

We are extremely pleased with Tugalo Gas. From the time they set our tank 3 years ago to the present. Prices are reasonable, service is always excellent, and staff is always kind.

One of the fairest propane gas companies, in the Tri state area. They carry in stock more more gas appliance's than any big box stores. Their service department has experienced installation technician's. Their gas prices will beat any other LPG company in their area's with courteous timely deliveries.
