If I could give a zero star rating - I would! This Walgreen’s employ’s the most inept people I’ve ever seen! I’ve been a pharmacist for 30 plus years and never lost prescriptions, didn’t know the law or took two weeks to fill a prescription. I also didn’t know it was a federal Medicare law that you could not pick up diabetic test strips at the drive through. What a joke that you are Walgreens in Toccoa!

Absolutely the worst place to get a prescription filled. Why have a drive thru if you make people wait forever. If you do not have enough staff, then don't have a drive thru. Waited for 25 minutes to find out all they had was 4 pills of my prescription!
UPDATE - We went back today to pick up the rest of the prescription that we were told would be ready days ago. We waited for at least 20 minutes in the drive thru to be told that we needed to wait for them to fill the script. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been going to Walgreens for years and this location for months. I went to pickup my meds and they said they have no record of any meds ever being filled and they had nothing ready for me. I showed them my app showing I clearly had medication ready for pickup and explained I’ve been going here for months. SUPER sketchy that my record has just “vanished” in their system like I’ve never filled anything?? I’ll be changing pharmacy’s and not using Walgreens ever again. Person at the window just shrugged his shoulders saying how this is so weird and didn’t seem to care about fixing the issue at all. You would think a pharmacy would be a little more concerned about why a patients medication records are completely gone with no explanation!

I want to give a shout out to Kayla!!!! She is awesome!! She help for a whole week with my wedding picture. I could not find the orginial and she manage to make it beautiful!!! Thank you so much through the whole process!!! YOU ARE THE REAL MVP!!!

My husband and I went to Walgreens this evening to create our Christmas card at the photo center. We were helped several times by the employees who were patient, kind, and cared about the product. One clerk was also the front cashier, and the other was running the photo department. Making photos kept her busy, but she often checked on us to be sure we were getting what we needed. Thank you to these two wonderful young ladies who displayed top-notch customer service.

The pharmacy staff is incompetent and lazy as hell ….had to get my doctors office to get them to do their damn job and get a medicine my sun had needed for months and just today…today had to get the insurance company to call them and have them do the job they should not already been able to do …YET DON’T …if you’re wanting meds accordingly then you need to get another pharmacy their absolutely unable to perform their duties !!!!

Had an incident where the employee "sarah" charged my card twice. Once with the wrong amount and once with the correct price. She told me my card was expired and I handed her my debit card. If she was referring to insurance she could have told me insurance not payment..she wants to argue its not on their end it's on my banks end. They are basically going back and fourth except im the one handling everything. She refuses to look at the documentation and is argumentative. The pharmacy itself isn't bad its just her. She is the supposed manager but acts like that and the one that messed up. She told me I don't have the receipt for the 38.46 but I never got one cause I wasn't aware she charged it if my card was "expired".

Dropped many packages off well after 9 before and never been told I couldn't. Tonight the manager at the counter told me no because she didn't want to scan it and add it to their list. Manager with blonde hair. Lazy! If you're open doing your job is kinda a requirement and scanning a package isn't that hard now.

I quess it doesn't matter but the whole pharmacy goes on lunch at the same time,people don't matter,as long as they get lunch,what ever happen to taking turns for lunch so if someone needed something they could get it
