Did not go inside the building while here but tried to fill my tire up with air. In 5 minutes I put maybe 4 pounds in. The machine needs servicing ASAP!!

The last thing I expected when pulling into this gas station was to be greeted by the door being held open for me by the polite man behind the counter as he saw me struggling to carry one baby while also trying to wrangle another one. The store was clean on the inside and the bathrooms were nice as well. I’m very grateful for the hospitality and kindness that was shown to me at the Mapco of Trenton, Georgia.

The man name Xander who is an employee there was very rude and disrespectful to me and my 9 yr old granddaughter! I bought a toy and the box had a 2.99 sticker on it! It rang up 4$ ! I showed him the box and he stated tht wasn’t his sticker! Ok well tht sticker is on other items but ok give me my money bk! So he wanted to tell me don’t damage the item when returning it! My granddaughter started to tear off the top well it was in my possession before I realize it was wrong price! Then I told him we’ll pay attention to your items and the prices then! So he wanted to tell my 9 yr old granddaughter don’t come back to the store! So ok well we hve left a huge mess to corporate for this ! DONT EVER GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS U WANT SCREWED OVER

I had complained about the outdated pumps. The old pumps wouldn’t allow you to use your rewards cards without going inside. Went by there today and the pumps have been fixed. Thanks

For over a year they apparently have refused to put receipt paper in gas pumps probably to drove you into store in hopes of buying something. This normally is not a huge deal but employee refused to print a copy of receipt inside store and claimed they didn't have ability in store to print receipt from a pump. When I told him earlier this week someone had done so and everytime I've came here he claimed that was impossible. I have to turn receipts in to my employer for the fuel cards we use and this issue got me reprimanded from corporate for breaking receipt and fuel card policies for accounting purposes.

The pumps won't take your fuel rewards unless you press the button about 10 times. I guess they figure you will give up and get your gas without your discount. But if you keep pressing the button and wait it out, then it won't take your card. It will give you the message to "See cashier".Then they won't let you fill up because you don't know how much your car will hold. This place is a joke!!!!

7-13-2021 1:15pm. I had 3 of my children and my husband with me. They all picked out a snack and a drink. Waited in line patiently while the older gentleman at the register held a personal conversation with another lady at the counter after her transaction was completed. Finally, it was my families turn. He scanned our items which totaled to about $23-$24. I went to swipe my EBT card and he immediately stopped me and said his EBT doesn’t work. I said okay I understand. We will have to cancel the transaction then because I do not have any other form of payment today. He immediately got upset with me and rude about the issue. I explained to him there was no reason to be rude. There was no sign stating the EBT issue, so therefore I had no idea I wasn’t able to complete my purchase. If I had known I wouldn’t have came and wasted his obvious precious time. He continued to looked at his registers screen and pounding loudly on it ignoring me at this point. I was very disappointed by his professionalism as an employee and face of Mapco. It was quite embarrassing to be honest the way he handled the situation and the scene he made in-front of a line of people. I do hope this message finds the management of this location and has a moment of counseling for him on how to treat others.
