I have used Movers Direct for 3 major moves now. I just completed the third move and they continue to exceed expectations. The staff makes the process so trustworthy and seamless. I have never had a single broken item from them and they do all of this with a smile. I couldn’t imagine finding a better mover in this country which is why I always pick Movers Direct.

Movers Direct did an amazing job for our company! We had an office building flood from a burst pipe and needed to move out all the furniture ASAP. Movers Direct had an amazing team to us in two hours. Thanks to Skylar, James and Eli for hustling to get the job done. Great Job!!! Would recommend to everyone

This was our 3rd move with Movers Direct, and they’ve truly outdone themselves yet again. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. James, Lance, and Matt were an incredible team—professional, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process.
James took the lead with such confidence and attention to detail, ensuring everything was handled with care and precision. James was apart of our 2 previous moves as well. Lance and Matt were very friendly as well. All 3 worked seamlessly as a team, making what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and even enjoyable.
Their dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched. They took the time to ensure every piece of furniture was placed exactly where we wanted, and they handled even the most fragile items with expert care. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in every aspect of the service.

Absolutely the BEST moving company that I have hired thus far. The company offers a flat rate up-front which is hard to find. Most moving companies either work slowly if paid by the hour or add on hidden fees at the end. With Movers Direct, rate is stated at the front end of move, agreed upon, and fixed. The owner is openly honest about what is included in that price so there are no surprises. Having experienced botched moves and a difficult DIY move in the past, I can say that a move with Movers Direct is worth every penny.
The crew that I had (James, Jayden, and Sean) were efficient, careful, professional, and friendly. They communicated a slight delay on move-out day because of Hurricane Helene throwing bad weather their way which forced them to drive more slowly. My move was 800 mi.to another state. Next day after long drive, the crew moved my stuff in without complaining. On the contrary, they were friendly and accommodating. Because of their careful padding/wrapping, I found no damage whatsoever to my items. Christy, the owner, was in communication at tail-end of the move to receive my feedback and settle my bill at the contracted price. Movers Direct LLC is a top-notch company and crew!

We just moved my grandma from Florida to Tennessee and these guys were such a HUGE help! We could not have done it without them. They were so nice and patient with my mom and grandma. Absolute saints! I highly recommend them and will be using them again if I ever move!

Before our cross-country move, we did a lot of research, interviewed a half-dozen companies, and called references. We are so happy we chose Movers Direct. They handled everything so professionally. Both the move out and the move in were efficient and left no damage to either home. The crew was so nice, they worked hard, and made sure we were happy with where the furniture was placed before they left. Having unpacked everything, there was no damage to any of our furniture except for a couple of rub marks on the back of our patio furniture. I still can't believe that everything came through unscathed. They were not the cheapest moving company we interviewed, but they also weren't the most expensive. Well worth the investment! Great people and tremendous service.

I had Movers Direct move an old and heavy upright piano for me. The experience from initial phone call to inquire about their services and the actual job itself was pleasurable and painless! Very reasonable prices too! It’s refreshing to actually find a company that exceeds expectations!

I sold a house in Chattanooga while living in Florida. Movers directly went in my house and packed all of my belongings and bright it down here to me. Movers direct were professional, pleasant and efficient. The cost was very reasonable. I would suggest anyone that needs a mover to call Movers Direct.

Great overall experience! Coordinator Christy was on top of it, very efficient and friendly. The moving team, Lamar, Michael, and Steve, were awesome - hard workers, smart, efficient, friendly, and happy to help in any way. Couldn't ask for a better team.

Movers Direct is the way to go! Skylar, Shawn, and James moved us from Lookout Mountain to Trenton and they were FANTASTIC! Very professional, courteous, and so understanding of our kids being around! I highly recommend Movers Direct for your next move!

American Movers Direct was the worse customer service and experience I have ever had. The truck was days late to get to Cleveland, OH and terrible communication, at one point I was told the truck was in Pennsylvania and stuck in the snow. There has not been snow for weeks and then about 2 hours late I was told the truck is in Nebraska. The truck had a 2 day window and did not make that timing. The next morning I got a call saying that the truck was stuck in the rain in Michigan. This overall process was horrible! The truck finally arrived and the driver tells me it will be thousands of dollars more For my items and this was not communicated. The truck driver also could not tell me when my items would be delivered even though the trip was five hours away. Overall this company was horrible costumer service. DO NOT USE THEM!!
