Your rolling blackouts are more than an inconvenience today. I am a delivery driver and I will be driving while fatigued due to the extremely poor power grid you operate. You are doing rolling blackouts on one of the coldest days of the year when it is near zero and it is unacceptable. Every time the power has gone off, it has gotten very cold in the house I'm staying at, thus, I have been woken up at least twice now. You need to fix your grid BEFORE the next storm.

Power is out at my house. The outage map on the website makes absolutely no sense. The only thing I see on there is just the outage that I reported. It is also impossible to get in contact with someone who works at this office. The automated voice says someone will be with you shortly. No one ever answers. I’m skeptical that they have anyone working in customer service. All I need to know is if there is an outage in my area. I already know there is an outage at my house. So annoying.

I have been a NGEMC member for over 20 years. Great company, the customer service in Dalton could be a little nicer and friendly. We moved to S. Walker County almost 4 years back. It was so easy to transfer my service. The CSR here in Chattooga County are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work
