The staff at A1 Sewing was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as they helped me choose the perfect machine for my needs. They even offered a free lesson where they walked me through all the features and answered specific questions based on the types of projects I like to sew. I really appreciated their time and expertise!

I was very impressed by this little store and the two gentlemen who helped me out, Gary and Neill. My machine was on the fritz, so Neill made me an offer on another machine that I could not refuse. And for future repairs or services on my new machine, I'll definitely be back!

I was recommended to check out A-1 Sewing Machine, and I’m so glad I did! The level of customer service we received was outstanding. I came in looking for a serger, and Gary went above and beyond—he was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to ask about our budget and walked us through a few different options. When he demonstrated the Elna Star machine, we were so impressed that we knew it was the right one for us! Gary explained everything in detail and made sure we understood the key features. Everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend them!

The nicest, most helpful people! What a difference it makes to be in a locally owned store and get real help!! I was able to sit with Gary while he demonstrated a new machine for me because the one I brought for repair was going to be so expensive to fix. He picked just the one I needed - really appreciate him, Julia, and Randy and all their help.

Let me start by saying I called first and spoke to Gary. I explained my problem and brought my singer stylist 533 in. Gary educated me about the problem and proceeded to take my machine apart. Gears were my problem.I was totally embarrassed when the teeth just fell out of the bottom. He listened and answered all my questions and I ask a lot. Well the best part was Julia she gave the first lesson on my new Janome sewing machine. Julia was patient and went step by step from making the bobbin to making button holes. I learn how to blind hem which I never learned on my singer. Did I mention this lesson was free? Gary,Julia and Neal were friendly and were full of knowledge. I have every intention of seeing them again. I'm truly grateful for

Gary and Julia were very kind and helped me decide which machine to buy. Previously, I had a machine that their mechanic could not fix, and they did not charge me anything for the consultation. Highly recommend A-1 Sewing!

Great experience, I feel handicapped concerning sewing, but Gary, Ms Julia, and Neal were very kind and patient. I'm excited to finally finish so many of my sewing projects. Great store, great service, and the people working there are the best I can imagine, and I appreciate them.

I took my Juki there because they advertize as an authorized Juki repair center. I got a call 2 weeks later saying the repairman does not work on Juki machines. Why accept my machine? Why wait 2 weeks to inform me they could not repair it? False advertising. I will never use this shop again.

I had a wonderful experience. I learned about Janome sewing machines and the fact that they are still made with metal parts instead of plastic. They took time to educate me so I could make an informed decision. Thanks guys. I will be back!
