It is a service you never 'want' to have to use. But if you find yourself in that situation I would highly recommend. They kept me updated from start to finish. They delivered on the day promised.

Extremely impressed with the communication, thoroughness, and detail that was put into my vehicle. I wasn't looking forward to having my car serviced after being rear-ended, but I will recommend Caliber Collision to anyone, any day. From the wonderful lady at the front desk to the technician, I couldn't have asked for better staff! Mitchell was very open and honest about every step of the process, and gave me any and every update whenever I called. They made the rental process super easy- they met me at the location and same went for the drop off when my vehicle was done. During drop off Mitchell went out of his way to help get my car seats over- even though I technically showed up late. 10/10 recommend them to anyone, I am very happy with how things went!
