Staff was helpful and friendly enough. They didn't want to cut pipe for me at first and told me there was pre cut pioe available for the same price. It was almost twice as expensive as having it cut, but they did eventually cut it while grumbling about it.

I hadn't been to this location in quite some time, and although they did not have what I needed, they tried to find what I was looking for. Unfortunately they only had one left, and I needed two. The assistant on the floor stopped and asked if I needed help finding my item before I could even ask him. That was most appreciated and went along way regarding my review. Great group of people.

Mr. Anthony was warm and pleasant and knowledgeable. They solved my plumbing within in minutes. I’ve been to Lowe’s and Home Depot to no avail. Ace hardware is the definitely the place to shop for your hardware needs. Once again thank u ace.

What a fantastic place! I have often avoided Ace Hardware because I have been unimpressed by their selection, however location is absolutely phenomenal!!! Great grills, wide selection of quality digging and cutting tools, great array of adhesives and sealants. Paints, decor, power tools, etc. and locally owned and run! I’ll definitely keep coming here!

Do not shop here. Employees are not friendly.
They do not take returns most of the time and provide silly reasons.

Lisa (store manager) is an absolute ANGEL!
We called at 4:15pm today to inquire if they had any generators left. We explained we were without power for 2 days and driving from 2 hours away and really needed help.
Lisa said they close at 6pm, but would be willing to stay late so we could purchase a generator. I told her we would be there and I could thank her enough. Throughout the drive Lisa called to check on us which truly meant the world after this entire ordeal.
We arrived at the store to find Lisa and her employee John waiting for us at the door.
I nearly cried... She is the absolute BEST manager I have ever I met who truly cares about people.
ACE you truly have a Genuine ANGEL working for you!!!
Thank you so much Lisa for being so wonderful to me and my family. ❤️

When you can't find what you want or don't know what you need, Handy Ace Hardware is the place to go. I like they have someone sitting inside the front door to give you directions to the right aisle. People in the painting section are always very helpful.

Best hardware store in Georgia! Has been the gold standard of Hardware stores my entire life. Keith came over and set up my big green egg today. He didn’t have to do that, just stuff like that which sets em apart. Me and wifey didn’t know what we wanted as far as the Egg and Keith was patient, offered great ideas and got us what we wanted.

Came to this ACE to try and find the most aggravatingly specific screws for a bed-frame. Buck took the time to look at our frame and set us up with the right screws and bolts to get the job done. 10 out of 10 customer service! We’ll come back here whenever we need hardware just for how easy it was to find what we need!
