Nice salon and employees are very friendly. However very expensive with poor quality. I left with a brown hair dye stain across my forehead. And sub par hair cut.

I had my first experience today at the Aqua Aveda salon with Joan and was completely blown away by how my hair got transformed from unhealthy looking into this beautiful cut, style, and color - like WOW!!! I have a lot of hair too. I'm so Incredibly happy with my new look - MANY THANKS to Joan and the lovely staff for this great experience!

Renee is the best!! I'm always leaving with great color, cut and hair style. The salon is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The owner, Carlos, has done an excellent job building his salon by selecting the best stylists. Awesome!!

Carlos has been doing my hair for almost 15 years. Everywhere I go.....people ask me "who does your color, who does your cut". I should have a stack of his business cards in my purse! Carlos is a Master colorist and stylist. Listens to what you want....will tell you if your hair type will enable that particular cut or not and will offer his suggestions and professional opinions. He is sweet and funny and light hearted! When you need to escape for an hour or two, head to Aqua and see Carlos!

I’ve struggled for years to find someone that understands and can cut curly hair well and Sydney absolutely knocked it out of the park! Personally i’m not too into the idea of a couple hours at the salon to have a haircut i’m just OK with. Sydney made the experience super comfortable for me and worked quickly and expertly. If i could give more stars I would, 10/10 would recommend

Scheduled an appointment on-line for 5pm Friday. Received multiple confirmations and reminders. Showed up and the place was closed. A wonderful woman from the nail salon called the salon manager who said the stylist would come. I waited 45 minutes. No one showed. I received no apologies. Just an automated message saying they hoped I enjoyed my service.

I had such a great first experience at Aqua! I was able to book online just 3 days before my appointment. Renee washed, cut, and dried my hair and truly did a great job! She listened to exactly what I asked for and styled better than I had even imagined! It was affordable as well which was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend!Service: Hairstyling

I had Sydney who is very nice, personable, and competent. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she instantly knew what to do. I made an appointment before hand and didn’t have to wait at all which was nice. The facility was clean and the other workers were very friendly. My only complaint is that I wish I was told that it would take several visits before my hair could lighten to the color I wanted. Also, I specifically scheduled a cut, color, and highlight for $175 (I have short hair) but ended up paying $277 before tip. I wish I knew what else I was charged for before hand but to be fair, I was really sleepy. In the future, I’ll just ask for clarification with pricing before the work is done. Overall I’m happy with my haircut so I’ll return. I’ll have to visit a few more times before I can recommend them to others.Update: I noticed that my grays came back 10 days after my visit. When I reached out to my stylist, she said that we could try leaving the dye in longer to see if the color will last longer. Upon reflection, after spending almost $300 on my hair for the color to not last even two weeks made me feel some type of way. I’m no longer sure if I want to return nor would I feel comfortable recommending.

Do not come here if you have curly hair!!! I have 3c-4b curls (so very curly but not yet coily) and I am in the process of growing my hair out since I cut it super short around 2 years ago. I decided to come here to get it trimmed and made it very clear I wanted no more than an inch off. The stylist told me he would cut my hair dry because it's curly and I reminded him that I only wanted it trimmed and typically when curly hair gets trimmed it happens while the hair is wet. He proceeded to try to brush my hair while it was dry (for those of you who don't have curly hair this is a big no) and when he couldn't brush through the bottom half of my hair because it had no spray nor product in them he would cut the tangled part off. He cut off around 4 inches of my hair and I didn't realize it until it was way too late and half my hair was already gone. I stopped him and reminded him that this was not what I had asked for but the damage had already been done. When the washing and touch ups were done he tried to explain to me that he did this so it would grow back in a certain shape. He, however, failed to acknowledge that that was not what I had asked for and did not clear this idea with me at all. Now, my hair has regressed to where it was around 9 months ago and I hate the way that it looks but I can't do any more cutting because I don't want to take anymore steps back in my progress of growing it out. I'd recommend going to a salon where the stylists can follow simple instruction.

I’ve been coming here for 5+ years now, even after I moved from Tucker. It’s totally worth the drive because I know how great of an experience I will have! Everyone is friendly, hard working, and great at listening to exactly what you ask for when it comes to hair. I highly recommend!

I had such a lovely first experience at Aqua Salon! Renee washed, cut, and blew out my hair and truly did a fantastic job. She listened to exactly what I asked for, not only did she meet my expectations but she surpassed them. Definitely recommend.

Very nice salon that makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I had Renee do my highlights and color and she did a great job. It feels like a family business to me which was very comfortable yet the service was extremely professional. I dont like those cold snobby stuck up type salons where all the high maintenance women go, so this place ...with a warm normal feel to it is just right for me. My highlights were perfect and i feel like she really listened to me with what i wanted. Love that they have aveda products too! I will be back next week for my next appt!
