I've been an ATI patient since May 2023. The staff is AMAZING, KIND, CARING, and CAPABLE. I actually look forward to PT; even though I'm pushed and challenged each week, I know the entire team only has my recovery and best interests at heart. I am writing today to offer my strongest possible endorsement of ATI PHYSICAL THERAPY as a patient. I have been doing therapy for about 30 days, and during that time I have seen miracles within myself. Forrest & Jake the therapist and the receptionist Katilyn, is always professional, and yet personable, and has an uncanny ability to connect with people. As a paralegal profession patient at the Tucker Facility. I recommend all the Personal Injury Attorneys to the Tucker Facility location. I firmly believe that ATI PHYSICAL THERAPY is one of the best therapists in the business, and I would recommend ATI THERAPY without hesitation to anyone in need of their services.

I had originally posted a glowing review but have had to revise this given the most recent events. I started at ATI when it first opened in Tucker - they were having problems with their payment system. No problem, I checked in every visit and called Doug to make sure my account was paid up through insurance, and I paid the copay. After my treatment finished in 2022, I have had no further contact from ATI and had assumed that when my treatment was finished and my final visit paid for - we were done. Today, more than 6 months later, I come home to find a letter from a debt collector. I am beyond frustrated that there has been NO COMMUNICATION from ATI during all of this time, and now I have to deal with this? Even they cannot find records of them reaching out to me for payment - and as a reminder I repeatedly asked them if I owed anything and was told no. Really poor management, which is a shame as the PT himself did a good job. I'll go somewhere else in future to make sure my credit doesn't get ruined by someone else's incompetence.

I’ve had an great experience here! Jake actually hooked me up with a couple exercises while I was waiting for my doctor’s referral. I definitely recommend stopping in to make an appointment. It’s always great conversation and they’re super helpful about working around any tight schedule. My sessions have been an hour+ and I’ve felt a huge difference bc the team here has helped me be so consistent with progress.

If you’re looking for just a physical therapist office then you can find one on almost every other corner. But if you’re looking for people that actually care about you and treat you like a human being and not just a dollar amount or insurance claim, then ATI in tucker specifically is the place for you. It’s ran by a young man named Jake and his assistant Caityln. This pair are some of the kindest human beings I’ve been able to connect with. Jake’s passion, heart, knowledge and attention to detail is unmatched. Jake has impacted and changed my life and I haven’t even completed my treatment yet. I’ve never seen someone not juggle but balance so many patience single handedly (with help from Caitlyn Ofcourse) and never miss a beat. I don’t know if he was born to do this job but he was born to serve people and heal the world for sure. Thank you for all that you do for your patience and thank you for what you’ve for me.
