There were wrong items, features added without explicit permission, questionable charges, and a disputed refund. Additionally, the store's internet connectivity was so poor that I had to use an employee's hotspot to transfer data from my old phone to a new one. I spent five hours over two days in this store trying to resolve problems. UPDATE: Corporate AT&T contacted me weeks after this episode to inform me that they'd not received the phone I returned to the store, and that I'd be subject to charges of $599.99 for the phone. I discovered that the store had failed to send the phone back to corporate AT&T or record that I had returned it two days after the original purchase. Since the return deadline had passed, corporate AT&T refused to accept it. I spent another 12 hours online, on the phone, and in the store to fix the issue. This was the most frustrating, time-consuming, and stressful retail experience I've had.

At first, I was told that adding a line to my contract and changing my package would yield to a lower monthly bill. I set up everything with the AT&T Expert, and when he (after repeatedly asking him) reassured me what the bottom line payment would be, I authorized the charges. When he had already deactivated my phone, I backtracked and canceled the authorization because then he requested a payment he didn’t mention before, and now I received an email claiming I have to pay for the reactivation of my old phone.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a store Eric and the Manager gave me one on one assistance polite, friendly, and super helpful with everything I needed! The whole store was very friendly big smiles and hello every time the door opened! One young lady with a beautiful smile greeted me and Eric was the best they were an example of real customer service!!!! Thanks Guys

Terrible authorized retail location. Sincerely don’t waste your time here- if it doesn’t get them a sale (new line or new service) they couldn’t care less about even pretending to help. constantly will give you the run around (tell you to go to a corporate store for something simple, only to be informed by a corporate store that that either isn’t something able to be done OR it was something the first store could’ve helped with)
Can’t even get my SIM card changed unless I’m getting a new line! Ridiculous! Waste of time
