terrible customer service all around for this company. -1/10 is what I would give it. I called a few weeks back to cancel my account and not have my account charged. they told me it was cancelled. a few weeks go by and I get a charge for the price they confirmed was cancelled. I called (800) 624-6819 to get an answer as to why it was not cancelled. the man who picked up was extremely rude, he spoke over me the whole time, told me I was not a real customer, used a sarcastic tone, refused to give his name or ID, refused to transfer me or give me a manager, told me he could hang up if he wanted to, which he then proceeded to do. I have worked in customer service all my life and never have I ever been treated as such. I have called back 2 times and finally gotten someone different who could confirm my account was cancelled.

AMAZING group of men here!!! Every dealership/auto shop charged a arm and a leg for a job they said was simple. And did it in way less time. All I can say is this is a great team here and are dedicated to make their customers matter and are not a $ sign.Service: Wheel alignment

I just want to give jimmy and Greg a huge thank you. They were able to fix a problem, go above and beyond, and demonstrated patience after two dealerships failed too! The Ford dealership couldn’t even fix the issue, but jimmy made sure that they kept in touch and informed me of the steps they took. I am so pleased and relieved. I can finally breathe normally. It only took them one and a half days to fix my car. Thank you guys so much, and I will be returning!

Sight unseen, Greg provided a fair quote for the service of my vehicle and finished as promised. I love local businesses who are fair, honest and friendly. Will definitely be returning.

UPDATE: I had to tow my two cars to a different location after they couldn't fix it. They claimed the repairs required to get my cars to start were too complicated. They charged me $210+ for doing nothing. Mind you, it costs money to tow cars. No joke, the fix for one car was new spark plugs and they changed the intake filter plus cleaned up the flooded engine. The other car only required a new battery. This after this guy claimed he tried a new battery! I will be disputing the charges to my credit card by this con artistDoes not know how to get a car to start. Does not tell you costs. Does not keep you informed.Towed two cars that wouldn't start to this shop for $240. I spent some time on the phone with the guy, never gave me an indication of costs or a quote for service.He had the cars for 3 whole days and never called. I finally called him. He had only looked at one car. It would be another 3 days before he could look at the other.4 days later I called again because he wouldn't. He said he couldn't figure out why either car wouldn't start. He said it was the battery in both but batteries are fine and car wouldn't start after he changed it. He said I would have to Tow to the dealership.I was scheduling another $240 tow to a location that can properly diagnose the issue. I reached out to him to let him know that the tow truck would be there. He then informed me that I owe $209.98 for him to unsuccessfully start two cars.So far he's had both cars for 1 whole week. I've spent almost $700 and he hasn't done anything to improve the situation.

I had multiple leaks via my coolant system. They did a pressure test and replaced the recovery tank and hoses. The workers are very nice! They got the job done quickly and my car runs perfectly. Great service!Services: Oil change

If I could give this place a sixth star, I would. Tucker Auto Depot has some great people and great service.
