BUYER BEWARE!!! My daughter purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from this dealership, and within just 7 days she began experiencing problems with the car. Thankfully, my cousin Ashli Lincoln with Atlanta 2 is helping us address the situation. From what I’ve heard, we’re not the first to have issues with this dealership.

Customer service was horrible over there and I went there and then we are looking for the car and then the salesperson came and he started asking like what you guys looking for and then we said give us some time we’re looking so he was like I don’t like to waste our time and I’m like what the heck.They were very impatient.

Brought a 2014 Buick Verona and took it to the shop they said whoever put the brakes on did not change the rotors now I have to pay over 1000 to fix this I am super upset

Didn't seemed to interested in earning business. Cornelius had an attitude after I called to check status of an application. He stated he would call back in 30 minutes it has been 3 days. Not the customer service I expect.

Came in and needed a car because my other car wasn’t working and Larry the salesman hooked me up Ms Laverne she worked the numbers got me going with a low monthly payment and Ms Gali was so nice her customer service was awesome. I would definitely recommend you to buy a car there at 3797 Lawrenceville hwy.

These ppl are frauds!!!! DO NOT buy from them ! They will rob you ! They changed their contract behind me , used the sheet with my signature , charged me more than I was supposed to pay . They over charged me on the vehicle as well as the monthly payments. They WOULD NOT work with you. Be careful! I got the run arounds when bringing concerns about the payment change. They repoed my vehicle at $1200 , two days later when i went to pay they said the charge was $4300 to get my vehicle! They are in the business to MESS UP BLACK PPL CREDIT!!! SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
