BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!!
This is one of the worst managed BoA branches I have EVER been to. I have used BoA across multiple states since 2007 and this branch is the absolute worst. What makes this so much sadder is BoA responds to the reviews but makes NO CHANGES at the branch. The actual tellers are very friendly and complete the business quickly ONCE YOU ACTUALLY GET TO THEM. I have been going to this branch several times per month for the last two years. I go at different times and different days. The one thing that does not change is that there is always a long line and excessive wait times for a teller. But yet there will be several other employees not engaged in other work just standing around. This is a terribly managed branch in my opinion. And the fact that BoA reads the complaints, responds to the complaints, but still takes no measurable actions to remedy the situation speaks volumes about the way they operate. Meh who cares about the customers in the branch while You make billions in interest. Worst. Experience.

I went to cash a check I received at this branch. The teller could not have been more rude to me. I was informed that they charge an $8 fee to cash a check (from their own bank) and that she would not be able to help. When I ask for a verification of funds I was again told no, they do not do that and that if I was worried about the funds availability I should not have taken a check. My experience was made worse as the teller seemed to take pride in her unwillingness to preform the service. When I ask for verification of funds she actually laughed at me.
I have never experienced a bank not willing to cash a check on their own account. I don't have an account at Bank of America and based on the interaction with them I can't understand why anyone would. Horrible customer service, unable to service funds of their own customers, just a terrible experience.

I went to get change for my shop which whom I work for the lady ask for a account number which I never had to do her attitude sucks get her out of there

A walk in this bank nobody acknowledge me no one a white guy walks in behind me. They speak to him and acknowledge him so I stood up and the young lady told me you can have a seat so I help him. I told her that I was here before he was her attitude changed and told me that they did not have anyone to help me and I can make appointment come back tomorrow. I’m going to another bank

They say they cash non-customer check's, I went to this morning to cash a child support refund check from Texas, no one would take the time to verify the check, stated I need to open a account and in 3 to 5days I will have access to my money. They don't cash non-customer check's, I wouldn't recommend thisbank concerning customer service, and false advertisement. Someone couldn't took the time to verify the check. Disappointed customer. Miss Jones

This branch of Bank of America, I do not recommend it for a person who comes looking for help to solve their financial problems, the staff is unfriendly and they do not help you, it is sad to see the treatment we receive that we even cried and only asked the manager for information, please you should always think that the client is important and that without him you would not have that job...
Be kind and don't make the client sad... Well I really lost faith in Bank of America

Waited in line for 25 minutes only to find out that they will not exchange a $20 bill for $2 bills unless you have an account.

Not good service.. I drove over to get help linking my business account to my personal account. The man in the office told me that without an appointment he could not help me but gave me a posted note with a phone number to call. The number only works if your a robot no BOA associate. So I found a different phone number they said that I did not have a signature card on file so I need to go to the local branch. LOL

Basic banking services are provided in a good manner. However, when it comes to consultants/specialists, everything falls apart - they do not respond to emails, phone calls, voice mails, only come to the branch once a week and are never available.
