They say they cash non-customer check's, I went to this morning to cash a child support refund check from Texas, no one would take the time to verify the check, stated I need to open a account and in 3 to 5days I will have access to my money. They don't cash non-customer check's, I wouldn't recommend thisbank concerning customer service, and false advertisement. Someone couldn't took the time to verify the check. Disappointed customer. Waited in line for 25 minutes only to find out that they will not exchange a $20 bill for $2 bills unless you have an account.

Not good service.. I drove over to get help linking my business account to my personal account. The man in the office told me that without an appointment he could not help me but gave me a posted note with a phone number to call. The number only works if your a robot no BOA associate. So I found a different phone number they said that I did not have a signature card on file so I need to go to the local branch. LOL

Basic banking services are provided in a good manner. However, when it comes to consultants/specialists, everything falls apart - they do not respond to emails, phone calls, voice mails, only come to the branch once a week and are never available.

If I was a white man in a suit thid would have never happened to me. Don’t bank with Bank of Terror. If you black and look average, when your deposits are large the will judge you, shut doen your account. I guarantee you bet your bottoms, if I was a white man in a suit, this will never have happened. Im writing a book. Publishing it for free. My goal is to discourage 50,000 blavk owned businesses from going here. I have been 100% entreprenuer for almost 13 years. Isnt my deposits posed to grow?????? The disrupted my whole life which caused a lot of damages. They will not compensate for the damages caused and llthey still have my money. I thought it a good idea to use them so I could go through their homebuyers program they have for “minorities” biggest sham ever. Put all my money in to show income. Just to get shut down for too many large deposits.It is day 7 and I still dont have my money. Today im doing 7 bad reviews. Please anyone who is thinking of opening any bank account, if you black and live considerably below your means, dont do it. Once you get large deposits they gonna shut you down. And they dont have to but the Bank manager has the power to use their discretion. Yall a black lady did this to me. Even she would not have done it if I was a white man in a suit. I am honestly shocked by the negative reviews for this branch. This was my first time inside this facility and the service I received was above expectations by far. I was greeted at the door and checked in for my appointment immediately. Despite being very busy, the branch as a whole appeared to be following appropriate infection spread reducing measures and navigating clients efficiently. I was early and waited less than 5 minutes. Anson was very knowledgeable and thorough; he was also nice and helpful - honestly my experience refinancing through BOA virtually was disappointing to say the least, but today has made up for much of that!
