I bought the car out of state so obviously trust is a big issue, from the moment I spoke with MJ and also Michael I felt immediately comfortable, both of them followed through with everything they said and the car arrived in perfect condition. What's been great even the post purchase experience has been a pleasure. Usually once you buy the car you don't hear from the sales guys every again but any questions I've had since the purchase have been answered and calls returned almost immediately

I needed to sell my 2021 Porsche 718 Boxster and put in the details to AutoNation and Quintin reached out from Car Connection and was so nice to work with. We worked out a really good price for my car and even came and picked it up from my house in Brookhaven. Overall it was a very smooth process and Quintin’s follow-up with some travel I had was excellent to keep them top of mind with so many interested dealerships for the car. I’d work with Car Connection and Quintin anytime!

So I purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage less than a year ago from this location. In December of 2023. I was helped by LaTonya and Michael. They were nice and able to get me into the car I saw online. I drove off happy. But not even 2 months into having the car I had to have the battery replaced. I’m thinking ok a battery; no big deal but then the check engine light also comes on. I took it to the Mitsubishi dealership to find out it’s the O2 sensor that needs to be replaced. Neither of these things the extended insurance that I got covers. Fast forward to a week ago….my car is blowing nothing but hot air in 95 degree weather. Take it in to get a full diagnostic and it’s needs a new AC compressor. Parts and labor would total almost 1400. And also all 4 tires are worn and are recommending they be replaced. Mind you I haven’t had this car a full calendar year. I bought it at a little under 74,000 miles and its only now at 79,000 miles. How are all 4 tires worn after only 5,000 miles added to the car. These aren’t things that I should be worrying about after only having the vehicle 8 months. It’s not like it’s a really old year or the car has over 100,000 miles. I definitely feel like I didn’t get full transparency about the current maintenance of the car when I purchased it which is beyond disappointing. I can’t say I would recommend getting a vehicle from here.

I have a 2021 Altima SR and my seat was cracking in my car. I was disappointed and frustrated and a new seat is $800. I heard about Car Connection through the dealership and talked to Mr. Vince. I was thinking it couldn't be fixed, but the seat looks like brand new. I'm very pleased!

After searching for a particular type of vehicle, car connection came to the rescue and had the perfect choice! I’m only a few hours away in Greenville North Carolina, but Tammy was phenomenal to work with and not only did they offer to ship the car. They also secured all the paperwork for the out-of-state title work.
Both Tom the owner and Tammy were nice enough to send me some extra pictures and even 2 videos of the car. Being that they have a three day return policy I decided to take a chance and have them ship it.
Pleased to report that I am so very happy with the vehicle and it’s absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Car Connection to anyone who’s looking for a Specialty vehicle.

I purchased a 2015 QX80 on April 20, 2022, and it had 122467 miles on it. On May 23,, the vehicle had 127413 miles when the check engine light came on. I contacted Car Connection and took the vehicle in to determine the issue, which was the exhaust manifold. I was initially told that I would have to pay $3013.16, but after putting down a $7,000 deposit, we agreed that I would pay half. On May 27, 2022, transmission issues began, but fortunately, I had purchased an extended warranty through an additional company, which saved me $4,000. I still had to pay $900 out of pocket, which I informed Mike and Car Connection about. On May 24,2024 the check engine light came back on, and after scanning the code, it was determined to be the same issue that Car Connection had supposedly fixed - the removal of both exhaust manifolds. I understand that it has been two years since the repair, but the parts were brand new replacements, as I was told, and yes, I have done routine. All Maintenance work was done by infiniti of Gwinnett but the manifold replacement Plugs coil pack routine fluids tire rotation breaks etc
