My son opened up a checking and savings account today and samjhana the banker helped us tremendously she was sooo patient and explained the process so easily.

The worst experience I have ever had at any bank branch. Denied a withdrawal from my account after providing multiple forms of ID. Afterwards they flagged my account and restricted it. Upon calling customer service I was notified that to restore the account and prevent closure I need to go into a branch and provide multiple forms of ID. I was asked to answer the strangest verification questions when I could easily have provided additional ID, addresses, SSN.

The most weird bank I ever been to. Everytime i deposit money an associate always come stand in the middle to come watch me deposit my money. Very disturbing and what made it worst they swapped out associate to watch me. I've been having my account for two years and this was the first this ever happened.

This is the absolute worst chase I have ever been to. They all seem confused and definitely not knowledgeable of certain simple transactions that most bankers would know. There notary had never heard of a Surety Bond. She seemed skeptical to notorize the documents because she appeared not to understand them. Then she asked me if I was a business which should be obvious if I am getting bonded. She a notary who also has to be bonded, what's the confusion? Maybe, just maybe it's because I was dark skinned or maybe it's because I was in Georgia and dark skinned. Either way the service was appalling at this location. Let it be known I would avoid this location at all cost if I required CHASE services at all. I waited an estimated 45 mins just to get a document notarized and still waiting........

Bad service. Try to withdraw VERY SMALL amount of cash in certain bill and the teller told me that they would not have enough.

Biggest shout out to Tashie Green the branch manager at the branch I went to. She did excellent and very professional. She went above and beyond. She is just excellent!!

Does not have great customer service. They rather you have to use ATM then help you and if you do not want to They make you wait. Hire people who what to work and provide good service

I attempted to cash a check from a corporation that uses Chase. The attendant told me, because I didn’t have an account with Chase, they couldn’t cash the check and I could only deposit it at my bank. I’ve never heard of such and am almost certain she made up this policy. The check did not indicate, for deposit only, and was properly endorsed.

This is my personal bank , I opened at this branch. majority staff knows me well and are great., I come here often.So I lose my walet . I got a new license id I had with me. They wouldn’t take care of me still bc I didn’t have another form of identification with me. Some Chase use Apple Pay to verify their debit cards but this one didn’t even have that. Although I needed something importantly done and wasn’t able to access my own money w my id that still suits me 100% . All bc of a new employee taking care of me ???????? now they Cause me more money on late fees. Definitely upsetting.

I went in to make a withdrawal with hopes to have a teller assist me with my withdrawal only to be pushed towards the ATM machine and insisted that I used the ATM machine. I was told the ATM machine would allow you to withdraw 3,000. If I had wanted to use the ATM I could have used the one outside the building.
