I’m not understanding why the establishment has the business hours printed on the door, and the door is locked like someone is supposed to come grab you out of the establishment. When asking for help instead of asking the right questions to assist me, you instantly say you can’t help. After I’m irritated, come back and let you all know the code is not working and to meet you at the unit. No one came to the door or unit, and still DID NOT help. Somehow the code magically works.
