The nurse Angela is very rude. Everytime I come to the clinic to drop off my loved one she always have an attitude, on her phone, or not helpful. Very rude and unprofessional. Needs training on professionalism

I had the opportunity to visit DaVita's Northlake facility on Friday, July 7, 2023. The experience was awesome from the greeting on arrival to the completion of the treatment. Professionalism is so strong from the office personnel to the technicians and other staff. It was a very pleasant experience. My personal technician, Melissa executed her task beautifully. Thanks for a great experience.
