I was denied access because I am a black female this woman right here in this picture. Act as she didn’t see my reservation I made two nights previously. Agreed my room was ready when I called. I guess because I spoke properly she didn’t think I was a black girl. I come to this hotel often and I book through booking EVERYTIME.DO NOT SUPPORT THIS RACISM. Very unkind staff. RUN FAR AWAY. The holiday inn down the street is a much better location don’t stop here

I stayed in room 173 and I i didn't get any sleep because of the following. I complained but received no refund, nor any discount!• Room was infested with roaches (I have pics to prove it). I also heard another customer complaining about roaches in his room too.• My room was in back where there were a lot of shady characters outside all through the night talking and yelling.• The safety latch on most motel rooms was partially missing like someone had kicked the door in previously.• The door was bent inward toward the room, again like it had been kicked in. You could even see outside light coming through the door in that area.• The door lock didn’t latch very well, and I didn’t feel secure, especially with all the shady characters hanging outside all the way up till 3 am.• At one point around 2:30am I heard what sounded like someone beating or kicking a room door near us, it sounded violent.• The air conditioner barely cooled the room and this was in November, so in my opinion it either needs maintenance or replaced.• There was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room.• Continental breakfast consisted of two types of cereal and your choice of wheat bread or white bread, that was all I saw, of course I wasn’t touching any of it because of the roach infestation.• The room felt dirty and we were worried that the roaches were going to get in our bags and clothing, so when we got home we would not take anything in until everything was sprayed and washed thoroughly.• Very bad experience with this motel and staff! My advice is to steer clear of this motel unless you're used to sleeping with bugs that will crawl all over you while you attempt to sleep.

For an older hotel it was very clean. Needs a little tlc but overall it was very clean. Staff were accommodating and cordial. The price is a little high for the age of the building but the breakfast was great for continental. My suggestion was better pillows and bigger coffee pot for the suites. Restaurants and Target are within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.Walkability: Close to shops and shopping.

This was the worst hotel ever. The room had black mold all over the ceiling.Rooms: The room we stayed in had black mold all over the ceiling and around the caulk in the bathroom. My husband put his hand on the back wall in the bathroom and his hand went through the wall. The A/C took forever to cool the room and it was at 62. I will never stay at this Days Inn ever again. I have pictures but don't know how to upload.Noteworthy details: The worst hotel ever.

Tucker, GA, Days Inn: room was musty odor, cabinet doors won't close, restroom mold, dirty / stained curtains, ceiling leak at front entrance, no clock in the room. TV was none-operable but I was told that's because of a storm, vent in restroom was dirty. The pictures of the building on the Internet look better than the actual building. Pros: comfortable bed, refrigerator kept our bottled water cold.

I have been staying in this hotel because this is where my job booked me to stay (not my choice by no means) this is the worst stay in all my hotel experiences. The mold, the parked 18 wheelers parked outside your window, mold, neighboring guests smoking pot, the terrible pillows and not least but last the “light breakfast” a bowl of cereal and some toast.I would attach my photos of my experience but it won’t allow me.Rooms: Mold, tattered curtains, musky, the pillows suck and putting guests where 18 wheelers park outside their windowsFood & drinks: The absolute worst breakfast!!

Extremely Disappointed, Booked the hotel specifically considering they had breakfast..Upon reaching the Breakfast room the very next morning,I was stunned to see they only had muffins and juice!!..Regarding the rooms, everything is mostly stained and outdated!.Filthy rooms, nothing was dusted well..could smell dust everywhere.Do not ruin your vacation or stay here, they are not keeping their company's reputation up to the mark and better move on with a better place to stay.. It was my fault I should have checked the reviews before booking and was fooled completely

So disappointed. I booked this hotel off of Expedia, where the reviews seemed decent. We were traveling back and this was 1/2 way on our 16 hour drive. We were traveling with 5 of us. Our 3 teenage sons,my husband and myself. As soon as we arrived at the property there was no one at the front desk, but there was another guest in the lobby on speaker phone yelling and talking about how someone was going to find them and threatening them. So that was quite the welcome to Georgia. When the young woman who worked the front desk did come to the desk, it was a very normal interaction for check in. Nothing above and beyond but, fine. My husband and I did ask to see if there was a Military discount and were told “we can’t change the reservation price.” - again…fine. When we did get to our room, the room was large and since we were there for only one night to cut our trip in half, we weren’t spending too much attention on details. Though it did not take long to realize that EVERYTHING was stained, including blankets. there were 2 towels for 5 guests, no extra blanket for the pull out sofa, the hair dryer had something all over the handle, the wall had toothpaste spatters on it, the TV had a broken line going through the entire screen (which usually wouldn’t have been noticed, but with 3 teen boys, they picked up on it right away). The mini fridge was completely wet because the freezer had completely thawed before we checked in. The shower curtain rail was about to come off of the wall. The air conditioner was set at 65 and that was the lowest (which is pretty normal for hotels to lock) however, the air didn’t stay on and per our phones, the inside temperature was actually 78 degrees until about 4 am. The room next to us was banging on walls and were loud until pretty late (not hotels fault, but had the feeling that some families may stay here for weeks at a time.) And finally… the “breakfast”. The reason we booked this hotel was because “breakfast included” is something that with kids we need!! Breakfast is NOT packets of chocolate chip muffins and coffee in a thermos... I’m not saying it needs to be a hot breakfast, but there wasn’t even a bowl of fruit or cereal with milk. So disappointed! For something with the name Wyndham attached to it, I am shocked. At least take the name “suites” out of the name because this was everything but that. Now some of these things (blankets, towels, air, neighbors etc.) I could have called the front desk. However, after the experience from check in, I wasn’t about to call the front desk at 3am and have someone tinker with the air. After Expedia “contacted the property”, they were told that they couldn’t do anything until the manager came in on Monday. (It’s Saturday) So, I’m currently waiting to see if anything comes of this. I paid $134 to stay there for 13 hours. We checked in at 6:30pm and left abruptly (after “breakfast” at 7:15am). Again, we weren’t here long but if you’re needing to stay somewhere longer than 8 hours of sleep… go somewhere else.
