If you are using your car insurance claim to fix your car, don’t even waste your time with Dent Relief inc. They going to hold on to your car for close to a month for two small dents. And they don’t communicate with their customers or don’t keep their due date. Steven will lie to get your business then tell you something different after. My worst experience ever and to top it off they drive your car without the permission. Don't waste your time going there.

called to ask about a dent repair & was told to bring it by .. once I got there I wasn’t greeted but went on to say I needed a dent repair I was walked outside to get an estimate tech didn’t go in detail just came off & said 500$ I won’t be patronizing this small business

Very disappointed! I walked in this place and this one man looked at me and ignored me . I repeatedly said "hello?" "Excuse me?" And then he closed the door in my face and went to the back. I can't speak for every one else but this one man was so rude!! Never again worse 7 mins of my life .

I'll start by saying that, I try to support my black businesses but not people that half do work and try to over charge. The customer service is great which is why I gave them two stars. The actual work on my car was mediocre. They removed the dent on my front bumper but it didn't look like how I thought it would. He charged me $200 for a job that was not worth that. On top of that, I called myself getting a premium detailing to my car. Terribleeeeee. I was originally supposed to pay more but there's no way I was paying for that. And you will be there for over 3 hours. Worst detail I've ever had. Read all reviews thoroughly.

Excellent service! I've been to this business several times for a wide range of repairs and every time I leave there at the work is done excellent, professionally and quality inside and out. Stephen the owner is very easy to deal with and has always had the work done on time. Whenever I choose to wait there is a very comfortable environment and snacks available. I highly recommend this place. Barattini Quality Cars and Trucks inc.

I found this place on Groupon. I called to make an appointment and the owner Steven was very nice and worked with my schedule. When I finally took my vehicle in I noticed something small was overlooked, I was able to bring it back and they did everything over!( Which definitely wasn't necessary) I would definitely go back and highly recommend.

I had a great experience from making the reservation, confirming the reservation, and receiving service. The team gives off a big family vibe and was helpful in recommending a place to go nearby why I waited on my car to be detailed. We bought the living social package and it is a great deal! The location is easy to find and if you don't want to wait in their waiting area, there is a Starbucks nearby, plus the adorable downtown of Tucker. The service was friendly and informative. I did have to wait a little longer than expected, but honestly the condition of my car was pretty rough, as my car had been stolen a couple of weeks before and reeked of cigarette smoke, and was covered with ashes and candy wrappers.. (big shout out to the personal who car jacked me, you did I fine job with that hot boxing for only a few hours.) All this to say, I'm sure there are lots of companies out there that could get the job done, but the price and the process from buying the living social, to making an appointment was amazing and I will def recommend this company to others!

My first time here.They did a GREAT!.Good job in getting the dents & scratches out.The interior looks new.Very nice & friendly staff.Very satisfied customer.Will defintely recommend this place to others.
