Love this place for storage! I needed long term storage (6 months) and when I came to move out everything was great and they even supplied a lock that would fit my truck!! Thanks will use again!!

I rented a 5' x 5' on last Thursday from the Extra Space Storage on Montreal Road. The initial quote was $60 and I had a look of astonishment then the gentleman, Aundre stated that there was a special for $31. Further research on the website states that it has always has been between $28 and $36. That was strike number one, the other one was that the advertised special was that I could not receive the first month free because the owner states that I cannot receive that special. There was not a clear explanation. Also, please allow renters to know what type of lock that is required before they rent which is a customer service courtesy. The only reason I decided to rent with them is I am moving relatively quickly and did not have sufficient time to research. Before you move, CONDUCT RESEARCH>
