Needed a quick oil change on my way out of town. The guys got me in and out and had time to notice my filters were extremly dirty. Got those changed as well. Thanks guys.

The Firestone location in Tucker is amazing! The staff showed urgency to get my car back running the way it needed to, got an oil change and had it done in 1 hour. Highly recommend & the manager Ishmael was making sure everyone was taken care of, will definitely be coming back.

I have been coming to the Firestone in Tucker a few years to service my vehicle. I can always count on the manager Ishmeal greeting me and ready to assist me. He is always very polite and professional. I want to say that his staff/ techs are the same as well, always polite and professional . He sets a great example for his team at that store. From the big jobs to the small jobs done on my vehicle I have always been very satisfied with the work done. We all have a favorite mechanic and my is B Man.

Stay away from this place. Highly Incompetent staff, with typical Atlanta stupidity and the manager’s never there. Inadequate onsite facilities, and a couple days after spending almost a thousand dollars on 100K mile maintenance, my car acted up being worse than ever.

Awesome service at the Tucker location all the time. I wouldn’t go to another location. The customer service is pristine. My experience was exceptional due to the help I received from Ishmael Garrett. The employees make you feel like family, it’s so welcoming at this location. They go over and beyond to make sure you get the correct services for your vehicle. I want to thank all the guys at the Tucker location, I feel safe and secure in my vehicle now.

Bad service . Took over 6 hours to get two tires installed. Paid $750
Damage the lug bolt of the wheel . And try to charge over $150 to replaced it . Not accepting they damage it.

had a slight mix up on my end and yours about which tires, but they ordered themm and got them in same day and got everything taken care of, but forgot to put my hubcaps back on the ffront wheels so have to go tomorrow and pick them up,, but not a big deal, just a surprise but otherwise, fast, efficient and kept me apprised of the progress. fortunately my gym is very close so I could work out while the work was done.

I dropped my car off with a ton of lights on my dashboard after getting my battery replaced. Austin did a great job getting my vehicle inspected, fixing the issue, and also giving me only relevant suggestions on what I needed to get replaced (air filters were on their last leg) and got it done by the time I got off work. Great job guys!

Visiting Atlanta and ran over something that sliced my tire. Needed a quick tire replacement for a somewhat hard to find fitment (20", low profile, HP rated). They were able to get one fast for a fair price - thank you!
