I received a call from GOCU that my debit card was subject to fraud. I went to branch and secured new debit card after 45 minute wait. I went to merchant to use card and it was declined due to PIN number issue. I called Member Services and was on hold for another 30 minutes. When I finally talked to someone in the “credit/ debit card” extension, was told that customer service could not reset the pin. I would have to call another automated 800 number that would recognize my phone number and walk me through steps to reset my pin. This has been a very poor customer service experience. Management needs to empower employees to solve problems. Your current process is broken!

Very bad bank..they didn't notify me that they will be closing my accounts. I had to call them and there was no empathy. They don't care about their customers at all! I'm already struggling as it is. They didn't have any options for those struggling! So frustrating!

Was rushing to get over here for a deposit and arrived with less than 10 minutes before the branch closed. Dee helped me with the deposit and was such a pleasure to speak to and interact with, thank you for your kindness and excellent service <3

All ga cred unions are ridiculous, going downhill. Good at taking money but not at resolving loyal customers issues! Need to train their staff better they messing with real customers money and payments and then don't want to own up to their own NEGLIGENCE when they r the responsible party.

......DO NOT BANK with Georgias own..... When people have to many issues with ACCESSING money that is suppose to be accessible and protected. I have been with them for 15 years and they always seem to block access to my own money, of trying to sale you some damn insurance. THIS MEAN THE BANK IS BROKE AND THEY ARE USING YOUR MONEY TO KEEP BUSINESS A FLOAT. Drawing the line.

They seem to treat employees with contempt and they appear to be using race of customers to decline them loans and offer minorities higher interest rates than non-minorities. I am in two other credit unions, and they treat us far better than this Georgia’s own credit union. While my interaction with the employees seem to be very good, the company as a whole seems to be wanting.

Georgia's Own Credit Union is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. You can never get anyone on the phone. You wait for an hour and then are disconnected. They changed routing numbers without informing customers and overall I hate doing business with them, but where do you go that's any better? All corporations have eliminated live help and the public needs to rise up and complain!!!

I have been coming to this location since 2019. I always go through the drive-thru and the customer service is always so nice and helpful. They work fast and I never have a long wait when I go.
