......DO NOT BANK with Georgias own..... When people have to many issues with ACCESSING money that is suppose to be accessible and protected. I have been with them for 15 years and they always seem to block access to my own money, of trying to sale you some damn insurance. THIS MEAN THE BANK IS BROKE AND THEY ARE USING YOUR MONEY TO KEEP BUSINESS A FLOAT. Drawing the line.

They seem to treat employees with contempt and they appear to be using race of customers to decline them loans and offer minorities higher interest rates than non-minorities. I am in two other credit unions, and they treat us far better than this Georgia’s own credit union. While my interaction with the employees seem to be very good, the company as a whole seems to be wanting.

Georgia's Own Credit Union is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. You can never get anyone on the phone. You wait for an hour and then are disconnected. They changed routing numbers without informing customers and overall I hate doing business with them, but where do you go that's any better? All corporations have eliminated live help and the public needs to rise up and complain!!!

I have been coming to this location since 2019. I always go through the drive-thru and the customer service is always so nice and helpful. They work fast and I never have a long wait when I go.

Very rude and unprofessional! Went to open a business account today excited because I heard good things. The lady had the biggest attitude. Everytime I asked a question she rolled her eyes I felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t even continue the meeting I just got my papers in left.

Georgias own is not a very customer friendly bank I will soon be moving all of my money away from this horrible banking system. I have been with georgias since I was 16 years old and I have dealt with them declining my cards for no apparent reason and then no customer service can help me. I feel like my hard money is trapped and I can't even use it when I want too! Don't ever get this bank and if your old please be careful because these people try to confuse you with All these passwords

I have been to this location several times in the past with no issue with customer service. On Feb 11, 2022, I came to this location to make a simple withdrawal whereas I encountered horrible customer I have ever experienced since banking with Georgia's Own. The drive-thru service was not a long wait, and I was able to speak to the teller within moments. The lady (either Mailan and Alina) asked what I was doing today I told her I wanted to withdraw $263 but asked if that was my available balance or not. The lady then said $6,000 I was confused because I never said any amount around that number. I asked, "what are you talking about" and she said with the worst tone "are you taking out $6,000 or $600". Again, nowhere near the amount in which I stated. Even though she did not answer my question. This shows me the teller was not paying attention or not concerned with the transaction in front of her. I do not know if she was distracted but a simple "I apologize ma'am I did not understand' would have cleared the confusion up. But instead, I was met with a displeased tone that made me not want to conduct my business with her, I asked for my items back and told her she was very rude and disrespectful. I asked for her name, and she ignored me which made me go into the branch to file a complaint with the manager. Walking into the branch there was no long line, so I was next in line for assistance. I asked the gentlemen behind the counter to speak with the manager, who was sitting right next to him. Me being really frustrated by the rude service I was just given expressed my unprofessional experience about the drive-thru teller with the manager. He informed me that he would have a talk with the teller that I felt gave the bad customer experience. I asked the name of the teller who was assisting me and gave me the names of both (Mailan and Alina) I am unclear of who the person was who was assisting me which is why I asked the manager to clarify. He informed me that he was not able to do so but would handle the situation. I did not want to have one person be blame for the action of another which is why I was so adamant on knowing who the person was who was rude. Unfortunately, two people are named in this complaint. After talking with the manager who really didn't give me the confirmation that my concerns would be addressed, I stepped back in line to be assisted with my transaction. As I was standing in line waiting to be assisted, a woman walks behind me, walking towards the door to go behind the counter, laughs. Confused as to what is so funny, I asked her as she is walking through the door. No response as she disappears behind the door. This is not the type of establishment whereas a customer receives bad customer service and greeted with a laugh from an employee and a brush off. I understand that people can have bad days and can also be frustrated but at the same time you must pay attention to the person that you are assisting. Miscommunication could have created a error on mine or anyone, account.
