No changing room, instead they offer you a 14 day return policy. If you return your clothing within those 14 days with the tag still on and the receipt in hand they don’t refund your money in the same way that you paid, instead they put your money on a gift card that can only be used at goodwill. ?

I think I’ve figured out why there isn’t ever anything good at this location. I could be wrong but why would an employee be flagging down a shopper then giving her a buggy full of nice clothing items? I am not sure of the brands but it looked to be better than anything else in the store at that time. I am used to shopping at Goodwill and will patiently go through everything to find that gem, but when someone comes in the door and gets handed a pile of nice clothing with in 5 minutes of arrival, it makes me wonder. Also, I am sure this shopper is well known to other employees as another employee putting up clothing off of a rack ran after her to talk to her in the parking lot. I won’t be going back there anytime soon.

I shop at this GoodWill store daily. When I'm asked to round off or donate a penny, I choose no. Since i choose not to donate to this billion dollar organization I receive negative attitude. The cashier at one point offered to give me 5c. I told her no thank you, I just want the change back due me. Since then, this same cashier has been even more rude!!!
