I normally don't shop at goodwill but after coming here yesterday with my family and got alot of good items for affordable price, definitely coming back to this location. My designer bag was so beautiful and new , I can't get over it. This store is very clean and organized as well.

I recently visited the Goodwill store and had an incredibly disappointing experience with the manager, Stephany. Her customer service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I approached her with a simple question, she responded dismissively and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.
As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, but Stephany's attitude was anything but that. Her lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. This experience has left me questioning whether I want to continue supporting this store.
I hope that Goodwill takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure that other customers do not have to endure the same unpleasant treatment.

I had come here to donate a set of dishes and mugs. Stumbled on to this location by accident. I went inside, since I had never been. Store looked to be clean and very spacious. Went to the back into the houseware section. It's a good thing I donated. There selection of items, is PITIFUL. Well stocked with merchandise? Puhleeeeze. Not at this location. Basically had trash, non-matching, chipped dishes, and mugs. The rest of the back area was the same. Please people, donate your clean, gently used items. This location NEEDS them.

Though the prices are exemplary and have a wide variety of selections, it’s a one star because of the employees. Four young women chatting away, talking about customers and not tending to them—as well as making a poor older woman hold down the register by herself with a long line of upset looking people. And when an older gentlemen lightly confronted them of ignoring him, two of the young ladies gave him an attitude and stormed off proceeding to trash talk him. I get these are young kids and they have a long way to go to mature, but if you are in customer service/retail and cannot even be bothered tending to your customers nor duties, this is not the right job for you.

Be open to 9pm like the website says. I drove from the Store Mountain, Ga that closed at 7:55 pm instead of 8 pm.

It's unacceptable that a lot of the shopping carts here keep getting stolen, so there's hardly any left any customers! And the Indian lady who works here as a janitor is rude!

I took a trunkful of donations to your store today. A young man came out and handed me a receipt without saying a word. Then he brought out a cart and started to go back inside. I asked him if I was supposed to unload my items by myself. He said yes, then went back inside where he waited while I tried to fit everything on the cart. I have been donating to other Good Will stores for many years, but no more if this is the new policy. A senior citizen should not have to unload their car without help.
