Had a fantastic experience! Chris, the manager went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect car within my budget. The prices were very competitive, but i still an excellent deal. Overall, the customer service was top-notch, and I would highly recommend goodyear to anyone looking for a reliable car repairs. I’ll definitely be returning for my future car needs!

Always great service when I go. Like that they look your car over and give you the option to have them do work on your car, and they give you a print out of their findings. They give you the information and explain everything to you, then you can take it to whoever you want to work on your car if needed.

I had such a great experience at this location. My tire had a screw in it. I thought I was going to have to be there for forever, but I was in and out within a half hour. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back here if I lived closer, but I am so grateful that they were able to help me.

Called and asked for a price to mount my new tire on the rim he told me he didn’t do that and hung up. I showed up because I was literally on the way I ask him why he do that he tell me they were busy ????? Then tell me it’s going to be $30 and I have to wait an hour and a half. Don’t go here for your own sake. I don’t even see how they still in business

After being turned down by one automotive center because the placement of my blinker light was difficult to reach I called a second automotive center with the same result except I could drive to the second location so they could evaluate the situation and maybe they would be able to replace the blinker light. Third time was the charm. Spoke to Allen at Tucker GoodYear who said yes I can do that no questions or complex diagnostics required. My problem was solved and I was out of there in about 30 minutes. Great service. Great atmosphere. I’ll be back.
