“I’ve been going to the LA Fitness on North Lake for a bit now, and overall, it’s a pretty solid gym. The facility is clean, and I appreciate that they have stations with wipes and sanitizer for cleaning the machines after use — definitely a plus for hygiene.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and I generally feel comfortable working out here, whether it's during peak hours or quieter times.
The only downside I've noticed is that some of the machines are a bit rusty or worn, which might just be due to age. It doesn’t affect functionality much, but a little maintenance or upgrade wouldn’t hurt.”

“I’ve been going to Rock Hard for around 2 years or so now and I love this gym. Truly it is a gym for folks who are there to work out and better themselves, not a regular commercial gym where people go to goof around or hog equipment. Everyone is very nice and a regular that I see all the time, and they have all the equipment you could need to build your best physique! Mr. Curtis and Rock always take time to talk with me and they were welcoming from the start, I really appreciate feeling like a friend every time I come to Rock Hard. Could not recommend more, they’ll take care of you!”
