Once again, today, there were NO cashiers at all working the line, only self-checkout, which was not working correctly.

This is the second time some and my husband have been here and have dealt with a racist employee. I already wasn’t feeling too good and I walked around Kroger about 10 minutes before asking for help. It was a white gentleman at the self checkout, talking to a customer. He glanced at me twice and still didn’t say anything and it took the customer he was talking too to say something (“I believe she needs your help”), he turned to me, rolled his eyes and just stared, I said “I apologize for interrupting, I was just wondering where the charges are”, he took a deep breath and said “They’re on the other side of the store but I don’t know if you can get them”, the customer said, ma’am they’re by customer service and I believe some are out, I said thank you and just walked off. He stared at us the whole time as if we were stealing and when we were walking out he stared, shook his head at us and turned his back. I don’t know what his problem is but he needs to fix it. That’s not right and really hurt my feelings!

People should really watch their receipts in this store. I just went and purchased two top rounds for 4.79 a pound on clearance. One of them was 2.5 lb and the other one was 2.6 but both of them were over $15. That doesn't make any sense. One of them should have been less than $12 and the other one should have been less than $13. I tried to address this with customer service and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and I tried to address it with the manager of the meat department and he told me he wouldn't do anything about it. So they are intentionally overcharging people knowing people won't check their receipts or do the math. Be careful at this Kroger they are stealing from you!Update came back into this Kroger a week later and the same thing happened again. This Kroger is illegally changing the price on their meats. They know customers will not check. I will be reporting this Kroger to the Better Business Bureau!

Many items out of stock or mixed up on the shelves. Messy restocking blocking aisles. No checkout service—only self checkout (9:00a Tuesday).

It's a Kroger grocery store, so set your expectations accordingly - old inconsistent flooring, carts with noisy/broken wheels. The seafood/meat counter is apparently operated only during "Bankers hours" and even at 7pm the seafood counter is un-iced and abandoned. The forced use of self-checkout is the worst part of the store experience here. I only had two items, and went to customer service desk - they refused to check me out ( and seemed put-off because that staff member socializing on a personal cell phone call ).If you're desperate for food and you like self checkout, then this places is well stocked with regular Kroger prices. If you value any quality of customer service, then go up the road to Chamblee Tucker Kroger.

I normally don't do this, but I had to because I felt discriminated against. I went into the location last night with my son dad. We was having a little laugh at the self check out with another couple while cashing out our items. I scanned the smaller items normally on the scanning machine. Then I scanned the bigger items with the scanning gun. I had a 28 pack of nestle water, 2 big alkaline waters, a 2 racks of beef ribs, which I scanned those items with the scanning gun. I then proceeded to put the 2 racks of spare beef ribs into a bag ,when out of no where this old lady that was working in the self check out ran up to me in my face scaring demanding that I show her a receipt when I had never even paid yet. She accused me of not scanning my waters and spare ribs. I then told her can you please let me finish I have not paid yet ,but I did indeed scanned my items, I said Miss after u pay I can show you my receipt. She walked away but was still harassing me causing me and her to argue back and forth while the other customers watch afar. I was so embarrassed and ashamed. I have never been treated this way in my whole entire life, especially since this wa literally my neighborhood Kroger store. I felt like she was prejudice towards me . She singleed us out . People like her shouldn't work in a neighborhood where she thinks people who look like me are stealing. Because of my experience, I will be hiring a lawyer, for my mental pain and suffering that I experience. That experience has traumatized me.

We go to Kroger almost daily to charge our GreenDot card and get groceries and always have pleasant experiences with employees that have become good acquaintances. Last night, Saturday November 4th my fiancé had a very unpleasant experience with 2 specific employees. The female African American manager on duty and the security guard. There is a new procedure with which to load your GreenDot card (by scanning a given barcode) and the manager on duty absolutely refused to help a new employee carry on that transaction with my fiancé last night. She literally kept her hand in her pockets and told him she wasn’t going to help that employee with that task and by extension my fiancé. Then my fiancé exited the store and remembered he hadn’t gotten cigarettes, so at 10:52 he asked to be let back in and the female security guard looked him squarely in the eye with a smirk and told him, nope. All in all very petty experiences we’re not used to.

This location will be getting a discrimination lawsuit very soon. They have a white older lady I believe her name is Cindy harassing black customers & accusing us of stealing literally every time I come here & I come here multiple times a week. I pulled the store manager Marcia to the side to not make a scene & bring my concerns to her attention. She proceeded to tell me she was not going to listen to me. I will be recording all these interactions from here on out this is unacceptable to be harassed while trying to grocery shop. This location has a variety of customers but there is One thing all the people she harass has in common. You do the math.

I found what I needed at a good price, and the store wasn’t too crowded either. :) Josephine “Jo” checked me out today and she was so very sweet. I was feeling a bit out of touch with reality but Jo gave me a few words of encouragement and the sweetest vibe. I appreciate her beyond words! Thanks Jo! <3

Right when you walk in, you smell a sewage smell. As you are walking towards the frozen section and soda, it is really strong. There is water leaking on the floors as well so Kroger has it blocked off. Kroger, you can do better. I shouldn't have to smell sewage while I grocery shop.

This store has changed. During self check out the female person decided to change her position closer to me to watch me check out. Others in line not of my skin tone. I don't get it , people from other countries have the nerve to think poorly about others. SMH. Thank goodness we have so many other Kroger stores . I won't go to this one again, it's really old, not worth my presence.
