“Friendly staff, great prices, and solid beds! I got free delivery and a courtesy call giving me an ETA on my set. Then the delivery staff arrived and couldn't have been in my home for more than 10 minutes before they left (polite and positive throughout the entire interaction), and my bed was set up and ready to be unwrapped and made for the first time. Awesome experience! ??????”

“I have been purchasing my mattresses from Mattress Firm for over 10 years, specifically the location on Dawson Blvd because of the exceptional experience. Michael is the best so far! He was so patient with me and was able to find a solution to meet me and my family needs. He took his time and wasn’t pushy at all. He was all about making sure that I was happy and my needs were met with GREAT follow up! And to me, that’s important! Thank you Michael. You are epitome of an AWESOME salesman!”

“My visit today was totally great. I am a repeat customer. I might end. That's why I came back 4 years ago. They delivered what I needed at the price. I needed, and they are doing it again today. I need box rings. I just got a mattress, but it needs to be higher and Rodney, who I spoke to 4 years ago. Fabulous employee was right there to get exactly what I needed when I needed 2 days from now. I will have delivered and set up box brings to my brand new high-rise. Apartment north of the Atlanta Airport brand new and that is in that it is recently totally renovated. And since i'm seventy four years old, affordable rent, queen size bed, nice view, decent size for 1 person and hope to be there for a few years. To come slowly, getting it burnished and getting close soon, gathering to the decorating phase STEPHEN ATLANTA”

“We worked with Jesse at the store. The interaction was light and very informative. The experience was great. I typically do not like shopping and especially when I feel like I’m being sold. This was not the case, the overall experience, as I said, was great. I believe we got value for the money spent. Only time will tell. All in all, 5 stars well earned.”

“Lissa at Mattress Farm was absolutely wonderful. My girlfriend experiences generalized anxiety, and I’m on the autism spectrum, so finding the right mattress meant taking our time and really experiencing how each bed felt. We tried multiple mattresses, spent quite a bit of time sitting and bouncing on them, and even had me bouncing on the other side to see how the motion felt. Lissa was incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She never rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable, even though we were there right up until closing. She genuinely cared about making sure we found a mattress that felt right for both of us. Lisa also went above and beyond helping us with the financing and made the entire purchase process easy and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who shows that level of patience and genuine care for their customers. We truly appreciate everything Lissa did for us. She went above and beyond, and we highly recommend Lissa at Mattress Farm!”

“Just left this place after getting a box spring, and when I tell you Marshall went above and beyond—he truly did! From the moment I walked in, he made sure I understood exactly what I needed, breaking everything down with patience and care. What really stood out was his dedication—he literally went to the next store to make sure I got the correct measurements. That kind of service is rare! Marshall is the type of employee that keeps a business thriving. His professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine desire to help made the experience unmatched. If every store had a “Marshall,” customer service everywhere would be on a whole different level.”

“Ralph Hill was a pleasure to work with, explaining all options available for the different recliners in the Ergonomic line. Once we decided which recliner to purchase, availability for the size, features, and fabric became a problem, since the chair's material we chose would not be available for 5+ months. My wife has fibromyalgia, making extended sitting often necessary, and therefore, the quick availability of the proper chair dictated we relinquish the fabric we desired to receive the recliner within two days. Ralph explained that Haverty's used to carry all fabrics for each model recliner, but now restricted each model to a couple of colors, requiring long waits for any other colors and fabrics desired. That is disappointing, but understandable in today's world of cost reduction in inventories. We look forward to the new recliner delivery in two days!”
