I came all the way from Decatur, GA for some paper. The store was "closed". They said that they closed at 8:40pm when they don't have enough staff members to stay open. Not a single sign was posted to indicate that they would be closing early. The manager refused to come to the locked door. The employee said that I should have "called" before I came. Why would I call to see if they are open when their posted hours both on the door and online indicate that they are closed at 9pm?
