over priced. for the price I paid they started my dreads wrong. but sadly from going to a app ‘ the cut ‘ ( check it out. )
I was able to find the same service for $65-75
Shame. only got worse when finding out my dreads were completely twisted to the root for them to loc properly. but redone and to start them $100 + tip
I’d advise to check out ‘ the cut ‘ app and see all the available options you have near you bc the prices are definitely better out there.
Edit : because I was ‘ dishonest ‘ in my review. I never once left my name. Nor is it attached to this account. Shame the ways people cope. any ways besides your personal issues. My review of your store and the app were solely from a customers point of view. but after they experience their poor service they’ll come back to this review.

I unfortunately had to cancel my Boho Braids appointment because my flight to ATL got cancelled, but I’m writing this review to talk about my booking and phone consultation experience.
I booked online with Tee and the questionnaires were already thorough, but Tee wanted to make sure she understood what I wanted so she emailed and called me to ask me exactly what I wanted. She is professional and kind, even offered to buy the human- hair add ons for me because I told her I was coming straight from the airport. She sent me a picture of her actual work and was very transparent about pricing. I was really looking forward to this hair appointment but unfortunately I have to postpone for a future time for when I’m in ATL next. I will be returning because of her excellent customer care!

My first experience at Omni was amazing. I came across this place because I needed someone to braid my hair due to going out of town the next day. I made an appointment for cornrows and put down the $25 deposit to hold my appointment. Instead of getting Tee, I was welcomed by Abby. Abby was so sweet. She gave me so many compliments about how my hair was scary because I have a lot hair which is natural. She even let me know that I had so much hair that she needed to make my braids smaller. Thank you for all your compliments about how much troublesome my hair is. Plus thank you for letting my relax for 3 hour and a half while missing my car rental appointment and almost being late to work. Before I go, I want to lastly thank you for not only braiding my hair but also dying my clothes and pillow cases since Nov 13 to Jan 8 from the blue in my braids. I appreciate all the hospitality you gave me for my $130 cornrows + $25 appointment deposit and with me providing my own hair. Which I forgot to mention I brought 5 packs of hair and 6 was actually needed while it normally only takes one pack for my hair. Everybody loved your braids but maybe I could have toned it down a bit based off the price and to the south side for 4 times a lower price for the same look. I could have got individuals for less than what I paid for but I might have never got the wonderful experience that Abby gave me. The experience at Omni was so amazing, I don’t ever want to go back there. Why? Because I don’t want to forget my first amazing experience with Abby and pay for braids that cost the same as a delicious Kobe steak. Thanks again Abby and I appreciate all the compliments you gave my natural hair and all my work clothes that were colored. If you want to reply and compliment on my hair again. I know it is lovely thing to deal with but in the hair industry you have to learn how to deal with every hair type, from short to long, thin or thick, even tangled. Today I went back to the place I love and I came out after an hour even with my hair nice and tangled. They didn’t give me any lovely compliments like you guys did which also made me sad but all I can say is thank you so much for reading and I can’t wait to hear your lovely response. And thank you for giving me a wonderful birthday experience. Have a nice day loves.

They're polite to a point. Have been there many times over the years and some of the times when I arrived they were still working on a client's hair, but never complained because sometimes it takes longer. However, when I was 15 minutes late due to traffic the stylist (because obviously it's in the same room) mocked me in English ion the phone with someone, in-between speaking her language, then saying she had better things to do. When at least twice I waited 45+ minutes on them finishing someone's dreadlocks. I wish them well, but please do not disrespect customers when they're sitting right there.

The stylist here are always so friendly and professional. I always get great quality results with my dreadlocks, the wash leave my hair and scalp smelling and feeling clean. The styles are also very good! I would recommend coming here for your natural hairstyle needs!
