Worst experience ever. The gates are always open the power is always down. When I tried to get in the gate to retrieve my things, the property manager finally appeared. No one is ever on site and if they are, they stay in the apartment 24/7. The rest room is NEVER opened. Don’t rent here, not to mention there’s no type of AC anywhere to be found. RUN!

Website makes it very easy to reserve or change a storage unit, make payments, and access code entry.
Lakisha was very helpful when I made the change from one unit to another. The new unit did not have a light bulb, but she made sure there was one intalled when my movers arroved.
Spaces and hallways are clean and climate controlled units are very comfortable.

Ms. Kisha was incredibly helpful with securing me a storage unit. She had excellent customer service and was knowledgeable when it came to choosing the best option for me and my storage needs.
