I’m moving from Dallas Texas to Atlanta and came in the office and got the best experience of my life. Mrs Mary M. was very nice and professional and courteous. She took her time and explained all the procedures with grace and a smile. She restored my faith in customer service still exists. Thank you again Mrs. Mary

I had a billing issue recently at Public Storage, and Fay went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and professionally. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. What could have been a frustrating experience was turned into a smooth and stress-free resolution thanks to her dedication and efficiency. Fay took the time to explain everything clearly and followed up to make sure all was taken cared of properly. Public Storage is lucky to have someone like her on their team! Thank you, Fay!
