You make an Appointment and still have an hour plus wait + seemed very unsanitary as rest room didn’t even have soap for hand washing!

Working for Quest Diagnostics, specifically in the lab processing department was torture. The things that the supervisor & leaders worry/ Talk about is unreal in a work place . Everyday I was harassed and judged by the leaders and supervisor.
Leadership is very unprofessional. They walk in and don't speak, they say there is an open door policy but when you go to them with any concerns or personal issues the entire lab finds. Anything you say will be taken as a joke and talked about around other colleagues and co-workers. They didn't help me with anything at all. You can say I was fired because they didn't like me. I was picked on from day one.
Employees: Employees are not really valued. You have a couple days training then thrown into the fire. The hardest part about it all is finding the motivation and drive to actually get up and go to the lab. They make is so hard for you in there, you regret it everytime.
Be careful taking on this job. It's not as good or simple as it looks.

IrresponsibleHad my blood sent for over a week and now lost. Why so unprofessional!!!!!Now I have to have my blood drawn again.You have one job so do it well or quit it.

I just wanted to let you know that Miss Vanita is the best, I just had a phone call with her regarding my billing and she was able to explain my situation in detail. English is not my first language so she took extra time to make sure that i understood the content. People like her are rare in service. Thank you Vanita!

Test results taking forever! They received specimen on Saturday and today is Wednesday and we still don't have the results. Other clinic locations need less then 24h to process everything and send us the results back.

The doctor sent me here for blood work, but they do not do blood work at this location. The security guard said at least 15 people a day are sent there by their doctors. Please note on your description, that you do not do blood work at this location, to save everyone a lot of confusion and time and gas.

This location is their main lab. Not a public testing center or a clinic. Not open for the public. Looks like it's their HQ. They should really indicate this detail on Google or Google Maps. I wasted my time waiting in the morning for them to open.

Takes forever for results!!! I was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. My oncologist called REPEATEDLY for results that is critical for my treatment. They have promised over and over that they would fax results to my doctor. It has been 4 weeks and still no result. This is the only lab my insurance will pay for. I am now in a situation that I will have to get another biopsy and send to a local hospital lab at my own expense. This place is a joke!

They really care about getting accurate results as fast as possible. Excellent staff and management. Previously worked there amd would definitely return. Good pay and bemefits.
