I just left out of this place it is totally ridiculous! p they have two young ladies working by themselves at the register while there's probably 20 people in line I went to find the manager has she got an attitude for me for asking was there anyone else to help. I also asked her is it normal for them to leave the cashiers like that. A customer said yes. This is ridiculous. And horrible horrible customer service as well as horrible internal service. Because I would not work anywhere where they left me in a hostile environment because when somebody decides to snap on those girls who's going to be there to protect them.

Ross customer service stinks at this location, Ross in general return policy is getting worse and worse and worse! They have zero customer service, rude cashiers, long wait times to check out. Long lines.
They don’t have a return service desk, if you are returning one item you must stay in a very very long long line ! Products are decent , but servicié wise run run and run away, the worse in America!

Just left this Ross. I went to get a quick pair of heels for a fair price, and was able to find some I liked. Waited in line, but was rushed off at the cashier only to find the ink tag still attached to the shoe when I got home. When I returned to get it removed, the cashier told me I’d have to wait in line to get it removed, so I called while waiting in line and they told me to go to the front.
The cashier that removed the ink tag from the shoe was explicitly rude. She had the nerve to insult my outfit and say my shorts were too short as I was leaving the store. This was 10 minutes ago. I’m appalled, outraged, insulted and disgusted. Ross, you no longer have my business. If a manager sees this, reach out and I’ll be happy to leave descriptions of your awful employees

I'm a young disabled woman who uses a cane for chronic joint pain and sometimes needs to elevate my legs due to blood pooling.
While seated on a chair for sale and propping my calves (on appropriate furniture — plus no shoes on any furniture) to reduce pain, the manager promptly told me to get up, despite my cane being in plain sight. I can’t imagine receiving this treatment if I matched her stereotype of who needs a cane. ??
If you're disabled or chronically ill, I’ll just say I won't be back. Additionally, the accessible parking is insufficient as it’s always full.
