Overpriced and ill-mannered, nasty service. Nail tech became extremely rude and hostile because she did not know how to paint a well done Simple French tip (even with photo examples) so when I opted for something else more suiting for her poor skill level she was offended & started handling me horribly and purposely left dust all over me then proceeded to put the cuticle oil over it and expected me to leave like that…what a joke. Take your money else where, especially for how much they charge you should leave happy and be treated fairly.

SNS: I asked for no dremel, I was told it was necessary, Tips were being applied without my consent. Too much powder, nails are too thick
All my questions & concerns were answered in a dismissive manner
Spa pedicure: had to pumice my feet when I got home
I asked for a #2 pedicure which is usually $30 or $35 but was charged $40
Eyebrow wax: sloppy, one eyebrow wasn’t trimmed, the other looked like a comma
I won’t be coming back as the services I received weren’t acceptable

I have been a customer here since it first opened. Today is my last time getting service here. I totally understand prices going up cause this is the second time they have went up here. To raise prices but also take away services that were once part of the service is unacceptable. I paid $30 for a pedicure that didn't have a massage and didn't remove your callus, just polish and nail trim/file etc and lotion for $30. Not worth it anymore.

GO TO TINA. she's literally the best. She takes her time! She's so gentle and really makes sure your nails are perfect. I will follow her anywhere she goes. I'm so picky and I'm so glad I found a nail tech who is soooo lovely.

Hanna and Kim did my full set and pedicure. They were wonderful and the experience great, happy to come back for my fill. They were very kind and quick! Out in maybe an hour and a half? They also have Apple Pay which I’m very appreciative for.
Edit: Their prices have remained the same for like two years now and I really respect that. Love coming here!

I really wanted to love this place but it’s bad vibes the second you walk in(They all froze the second I asked for a price sheet). I was surprised that they all seemed so annoyed at that question. I had an odd feeling as though this shop basis their prices on how you look.
I’ve noticed in the last few years nails salons have a tendency to charge different prices for different people so I really like to make sure what I’m being charged is fair. I came in wanting to know the price of a basic short French tip. It took at least 10 minutes to get a final quote. I was told $65 for a full set and French tip with removal of my cuticles, I agreed and proceeded the set.
The artist isn’t very friendly and seems passive aggressive as she makes noises when I move too much… this I can understand as I’m sure I would be annoyed if I’m trying to get someone in and out as quick as possible.
I did like the shape of the nails she did and her quality of work is acceptable, although I did find two crooked nails after I left the salon but this can solely be based on my perfectionism.
Once we got to the color part, I asked her if I can choose my pink base polish for my French tip. The artist said “sure, $10 more”. At this point I’m very annoyed as I still haven’t even added the tip and it’s looking like I’m walking out of here with a $90 bill. NOT what I wanted.
The artist showed me the very clear pink color she wanted to put on my nails. I told her I did not like that because I’m doing a thin French tip and my natural nail will show through the clear. She proceeded to say “ just a little”.

She asked if I liked my nails and i bluntly but respectfully said “I’m very disappointed in the base color, I don’t like it at all but I do like the shape” she asked why I didn’t tell her and I simply said, you didnt give me an option, it was either pay more or walk out with a color I did not like.
Obviously I chose to save my coins.
I’ve never had any salon ever charge me to change the base color. They have hundreds of colors, I don’t think they would have lost money by simply switching to another bottle.
The reason I unfortunately decided to give this salon a two star is the fact
1.they don’t have clear pricing that’s fair for everyone.
2.They should have more options for French tip color bases as there are so many different colored women. We can’t all fall in the same pink category.
3. Feels like a company based on greed. Uncharged for minor things
Im leaving very disappointed that now I have to find someone else to fix this very expensive mistake.
This is an inflation, I do understand that prices have gone up but in the last 5 years they have 5x the original price. As a small business owner myself, I know the cost of wholesale goods. It morally wrong to charge your community x5 the cost especially when someone is already dropping a pretty penny.
Maybe I’m just broke, but I’m sure many people are doing press on nails for this exact reason.

It was so nice to come back in town and be greeted with such a warm welcome. I felt like I was a celebrity walking in there!! Hanna, Helen and all the girls there are the best of the best! If you’re not coming here for your mani pedi’s you’re missing out!! Donna runs a great business and the girl’s love her. Go and ask for Hanna or Helen and tell them Kathy sent you!! Enjoy ?
