I have been running an art business since 2010. I tried staples printing service for my prints for the first time. never again. the colour and quality is way off. The service was pleasant but the product and price was awful. Never trying them again.

Great back to school prices. I was able to buy a lot of children's art supplies that I will be giving to all the littles in the family at Christmas to help them with their creativity.

Store was a mess in Tucke WITH merchandise sitting everywhere. One person who I asked did help me find the things I needed and answered all my questions. This person has alwyas helped me when he is there and I go to him first.
Needs to be more Help and of course OPEN MORE STAPES STORES.

My dad isn’t tech savvy, so I decided to take the afternoon to go with him to buy a laptop he needs. I did the research, found the right one, and off we went. We arrived and experienced an extreme lack of customer service. After waiting around about 10 minutes, when one finally arrived, they went to find the laptop and ignored us, eventually moving onto another task. We found another sales consultant, who did the same thing. One of them told us that the laptop we wanted was not available, despite being advertised both online and in store as being on sale. The laptop was not available, and they tried to upsell us more expensive ones, which is not what we came in for. The manager we were told was conducting an interview, which took the entire time and more that we were there. We called the Staples at Mall of Georgia while waiting around (this guy is the brother of the manager here!), and he also tried to upsell.
After being abandoned by the second sales consultant, we left and went to Best Buy. When we called to complain online, they hung up on us.
We are not wild customers with high demands. We simply came in to ask for a laptop, and we’re dismissed. I’ve been buying laptops from Staples for years, this is not good customer service. Do better

Beware the passport photo service here. I went in to ask for a digital passport photo. They said sure we can do it, BUT our machine only has USB stick slots and isn’t connected to the internet. They said “Why don’t you buy a pack of them for an additional $15-20?”. I asked if they had an internet connection for emailing them. The answer was no. I left, unwilling to buy a photo album for the single high priced photo. Now that online renewals are live at the State department, it’s a shame to do this to customers. The company ought to be looking for a way to convert existing customers to new ones by bundling a drive with the photo, or just emailing it to them. It is clear that they have internet and computers and 100% certain that they could put it on a stick and take it over to their store computer and email it. But greed has driven them to abuse customer loyalty in favor of that increased profit.

Kudos to the young man who assisted me in the copy center, who assisted me in binding a bound book that I separated. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and then explained what he could do and even advised that some of the wording my get close to being cut-off. We went ahead and ot turned out great. Thank you, young man, for your time and superior customer service. I went to Office Depot before I came here, and they said they couldn't do it. You said you could and then delivered. ??

Jay may be the worst manager I’ve ever encountered which is why he’s a 40 year old man cosplaying a person in tech working at the local Staples. Maybe he should attempt to get a haircut and look professional but I’m sure that’s the quality of person you guys allow in the location. Also the girl in fashion nova jeans who can’t print a document.
