Save your money lmao this place scams their customersThe contracts only protect them , theirs no protection for the consumers whatsoeverTire axle fell off while on the Highway and almost caused a massive accident & I was told my DownPayment is nonrefundableSave your money and go somewhere else, they buy cars and barley service them just to sell& then the contracts only protect them, from giving refunds and filing suits with the courts , sounds like a scam to meThey'll have to take that up with god thoughSave your money, these people wouldn't care if you were on your death bed and it was your last $2000

I enjoyed my visit. It was fast and quick. I didn't take me no time to get my car no credit check and I only put down "$1500. Ask for Johnathan he will get you right.

Worst car place ever. They are old and rude. They been stealing money and saying I haven’t made my payments when I have proof. They don’t fix nothing before the 30 day warranty. And still won’t fix anything after. Ms Jackie need to be fired. The old man on the breathing machine just need to go home and stay home. He doesn’t do anything but get an attitude for no reason. And Michell just plain up stupid. She be sounding so smart on the phone but dumb and be wrong. They are scammers and I promise they will scam you out of your money. It’s not worth it and I don’t recommend nobody going to them. Or you will regret it.

This is the worst used car dealership in Atlanta, they are rude unprofessional, and scammers they sell junk cars at a 28% interest when financing everything they do is borderline illegal, before anybody buy from here just read everyone reviews the 5 stars they do have must are fake. U will come out better saving up money and going somewhere else, if u decide to buy from them make sure to read the contract papers very well and throughly and 2 times if u half to

It’s a scam dealership don’t recommending buying from them. I recently just purchased a 2017 Nisan Sentra for $2000, & not even a week later engine light came on. Also had a code for transmission after calling them before 30 day warranty was up. I took it up there to have the problem resolve they didn’t even fix the problem. So I called again because I took matters into my own hands to fix the problem, but even the shop I took it too told me that I was missing a dipstick for transmission. They told me I had to take it to the dealership because they couldn’t do a transmission flush without it reminding you didn’t even have the car for over 2 months. So I called the owner and he told me that my 30 day warranty was up reminding you that I called to have the problem resolved before warranty was up and they didn’t even fix the problem they half a** it, and I had a problem the first week. This is my first time doing a review for a company don’t waste your time nor money here. They should be shut down selling junk cars for over $2000+ and doing car payments

Even having a warranty, they will still find ways to get out of being held accountable for anything.

DONT GO HERE... check BBB reviews on them (better business bureau) you will defitnetly get a car but it will defitnetly be a lemon, not worth it, I was sold a car that started having issues 2 days later. I ended up spending well over $2000 in repairs on top of the $500 dollar car payment and the $340 dollar car insurance for a 2008 dodge avenger, the car wasn't even operable so I had to catch lyfts They still wanted a car payment, I literally had the car for 2 months and finally decided that I couldn't afford the payments, repairs and a lyft back and forth to work, and the staff there is unrealistically disrespectful, i was never so happy to give the repo man these car keys in my life DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE, you've been warned. Wish I could give a 0 star

I recently brought a car from them and have been unable to drive it. My battery is dead. Now my sales guy was wonderful. But I was told by some other guy too get something else. Which I should of listened. I called Mr. Stu and asked for some kind of help. I even asked could he swap me into another vehicle for my inconvenience. Triple A wanted $168 for me to have it towed up there. Then I was going to have to leave it up there and get money to go back and get it. My sales rep offered to get me a battery but once he saw the price he suggested that he could find something cheaper. While walmart had canceled my cheaper battery earlier that day....

If you're looking for a vehicle, you should definitely come here! Great prices on down payments, monthly payments, car prices, and even discounted deals for car maintenance after your purchase. This was the 1st place that I've ever purchased a car where they not only made me feel like a customer, they made me feel like family. Whether I come in or call, it's always love, especially from Ms. Stephanie so I promise you will not regret your purchase from this dealership!

Sterling Auto is a SCAM!!!!! They advertised cars that aren’t even on their lot. Just to get you out there. They sold me a car last Thursday the car cut off on me that Saturday on my way home from work. Here it is Wednesday not even a whole week and I’m back in Lyft. Its nerve wrecking. It’s an big inconvenience to my life. I drove that car for 2 days…if that. This is illegal and against the law. I should’ve known when I seen what they were driving. 1/2 of them don’t even have car’s and work at a car dealership. How that works ??!

I was sold a used car with balding tires surprised I didn’t have a bad accident, Electrical issues (can’t even charge my phone in the car cause it doesn’t work , The car also had a check engine light after I bought it which means they cleared it so I couldn't see it and then when I brought it up the sales man tried to gaslight me saying that the starter that I also had to replace triggered the check engine light! after two weeks of going back and forth I took the car back to them to clear the light for emissions and it was gone when I got the car back and came back on a week later (Lets me know that they did a hot sticker).Moral of the story I wont be purchasing nothing else nor do I recommend buying from here! Seems like they’re eager to make money and not make sure there customers get good cars to keep longterm business and recommendations. SAVE YOUR SELF the headache!
