Complete trash no consideration for customers, gave me a run around or the entire day attempting to set up my account. They were given the green light from the higher ups to approve my account but the manager was too much of a coward to tell me himself he didn’t want to start my account and it’s up to the discretion of the manager. Just a complete waste of time and space. Just go to Bank of America, or Ameris trust me.

Horrible and Rude customer service I drove 15 minutes and waited in line for 10 mins on a Saturday to try to get my Affidavits for work notarized that actually invloved lawsuits from the very bank so I can get thier lawsuit moving forward and myself to get paid, the manager branch manager made it sure he told me he was a bank manager refused to help me to notarize my "paychecks" horrible place.I hope someone from higher management reads this....

Our experience at Truist Northlake was exemplary. We were working with an out of state buyer of our car and the Truist personnel were very helpful in working with his bank and getting confirmation of the funds. Duchess, in particular, was helpful and very pleasant. While we were waiting I saw her working with multiple customers and she was patient and knowledgeable. M I don’t go into bank branches very often but this was a very good experience.

On friday June 09, 2023 both my checks was put on holds until June 21st with no explanation. Nobody said anything until I checked my account and see that the deposit is on hold. Even though I have a student account with my school on it the check from my school was put on hold. On monday June 12, 2023 students account from my school and I called 22 times to speak with someone and nobody answered. This is the worse bank!!! Please take your money somewhere else. Everyone in the bank lied about my money.

This bank recently deposited a duplicate transfer from my savings to checking. They charged $39.00 nsf fee to my savings.I disputed this fee. They issued a refund to my savings account. I had to transfer the extra couple of hundred dollars back to my savings account to reverse their computer systems error, but was told that if I did this again they would not refund the nsf fee.Now, since I didn't do this to begin with, but got blamed for it by the bank, I now have no confidence in this bank. How can I possibly prevent t this from happening again?The answer is to bank with someone else.Also, was treated like dirt by the manager who pretty much told .e to leave the bank.I can't believe that he was that mean, but he was.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. They never have enough staff at this location and the wait time is always 30mins plus for each transaction. The lack of staffing definitely indicates poor management at this location and Truist should do better. Today will be my last time using Truist as I will be switching my accounts to Regions bank as I do not have these issues there.

Terrible Terrible service. SANAC the manager decides she is going to put my check on a 10 day hold even though for years it cleared in one day. Same check from the same company issued on the same bank. The weird part is she had no explanation, not one. When I asked her for an explanation she said she couldnt give me one and my choice is to cancel or deposit so I cancelled. She was extremely short and unhelpful.

What a great branch office. Mahin , Cathy and the rest of the team are just wonderful. They were able to help us out in a bind to get some notary services done and they were just all very helpful and efficient. Great work at the entire team!

Service is awful! They go through employees like underwear. This branch replaces their employees every 4 months, it's sad. The staff told me in the past how working for SunTrust is the worst job they have ever had. That the upper management treats everybody really bad.

The teller (forgot her name) was being very rude! When I brought a situation to her regarding a transaction I made she had this nasty attitude. It was not professional. Overall, the customer service is great when it's closer to my job. Just don't come to work with the nasty attitude!
