I waited in lobby for over an hour just to get the worst service that a bank can give from banker Jennifer Edwards. She constantly blamed me for the fraud happening on my account with no intentions on attempting to help figure it out. Definitely won’t be returning to this branch and will be closing my accounts out with Truist because this experience was unacceptable.

I only use the drive thru there but they are always quick and helpful. I needed a new bank bag for commercial deposits. I had only used the branch 3 times. They did not have any when I requested one on my 3rd visit, but actually remembered that I needed one and sent it out to me on my 4th visit. I like that sort of service. They make you feel like they want and appreciate your business.

Horrible customer service guy name Monte said he could help me I would need to wait a hour for someone to come back off there lunch break. He not capable of helping me because he do not know how to do a wire. Bad service

My account shows overdraft protection and overdraft coverage off but I still managed to get 3 $38 overdraft fees. They told me Monday it would be reversed so I got my account positive and Friday they still didn’t reverse the fees. So today I closed all my accounts. These people are liars and thieves. Banking anywhere else is better than banking with liars.

Bad customer service every single time they have the wait time for at least 20 to 30 minutes for anything you walk for. Never go to this branch I wish I can give negative ratings

I have been a customer with Suntrust for over 20 Years. I went inside the branch and made a withdrawal from my account. As I was about to leave the branch manager walked up to me and asked for me to answer a question. She saw that I was a Police Officer and told me their policy was no weapons inside the branch. She then suggested that I leave my weapon in the glove box. I told her my job is to protect the community. I advised her I would file a complaint with Suntrust.

This is a great bank. I've lived in the area for years and I don't halve an account with them because I have a credit union. My daughter does have an account with them and, I have gone in and made deposits for her and gone in there with her. The tellers and managers have always been helpful and professional.

These people are just rude, fire them and get employees that are happy to see customers and helpful. The lady at the drive thru never has the speaker volume turned up enough to hear you.

Don't use this branch! My step dad was doing a withdrawal and they let him take money out of my account instead of his own account. His name isn't even on my account. When I spoke to them they stated "oh well it was an accident." I understand accidents happen but someone taking money out of the wrong bank account?! That's an accident that shouldn't happen.
