I really appreciate this branch and the people there. It was easy to reach and then the staff and managers helped me quickly and easily to solve and complete my question and problem. I was just adjusting some account details but it was much better I see that I went to the branch and got direct assistance. I will definitely remember this in the future. I’m very grateful that they were able to Be so professional and efficient.

The black lady in drive thru was very rude the thing u put money in didnt shut all the way so had to watch her sake her head for about 5 mins then when i got my money back my license was right there for me to grab and the lady told me i had to come in next time cause she didnt want to deal with that again she does not know how to interact with people obveiously

I love all of the employees at this location...always going the extra mile. My family has been banking here since they opened, and we have never had a bad experience. Compared to the other banks I have accounts with, I rank this location as #1...bank with confidence!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD , THEY HAVE BAD ATTITUDES, THEY HELD MY STIMULUS CHECK FOR NO REASON FOR EXTRA WEEKS .... NEVER AGAIN BANK WITH THIS BANK !!!!! YOU BEEN WARNED ?

Not a single employee in the branch was wearing a mask. At a time when covid cases are surging and icu capacity for Georgia is at 93%. Absolutely unconscionable and irresponsible.

Have been banking here over 45 years. Friendly, efficient, courteous, professional and committed to making banking a pleasurable experience. As a younger couple we needed loans for housing and business and they met our needs. Now this staff is very patient with a widow who gets overwhelmed at times. I always feel welcomed when I walk in to this bank and see pleasant faces smiling towards me.

Refused to give me change for $40. Didn't have an account but I've never known a bank to do that...but after poking around apparently this is a thing now.
