Excellent customer service from all staff however the wait time is always extremely long. I typically only visit for screen protector replacements and have waited over 40 minutes just to be told they’re sold out. It’d be nice if they had a section/employee that assists with things that take little time. Other than that, no complaints.

This store always had great customer service until today when I was next in line and skipped me to help an older lady but I was ok with that then got skipped again and was ignored till they realized I haven’t been helped then was asked what I was there for told them to buy a iPhone 15 pro max soon after just went back to the customer they skipped me for so I just up and left waited an hour just to not be helped

Horrible customer service. There was a girl there that was so rude. She handed me the phone to talk to a representative to assist me in my problem that I was having with my phone and while I was talking on the phone she kept saying rude comments to me and interrupting me, mind you I was only on the phone for about 5 minutes and she was saying that I was wasting their time. I had it coming though because I watched her be rude to the guy before me and there was no other customers there when she was helping me so idk what the rush and attitude was for. Luckily, the T-Mobile representative on the phone told me to call him back when I was out of the store and helped me with my problem within 20 minutes and I had a great experience with him. I wish i remembered the girls name but it seems like she just hates her job so she wants to take out on the world. I will never be returning y this location

Came into the store for 3 lines and 1 home internet. Wyetta added a 4th line ont my account raising my bill an extra $50. When i came back in after seeing an extra line i did not approve, she refused to remove the line or credit me. The manager did aswell. Went to the store at Stone Mountain. MUCH nicer. Actually called customer service for me unlike this store that refused to help me. I understand you need your sale but this is my money your stealing.

Don’t waste your time going to this store. I was told I would get a 20% insider discount and free phone up to $1000 for switching from Verizon. 4 months later I have yet to get the discount or refunds that I was promised. Should have stayed with Verizon.

Awesome experience. I was greeted and checked in immediately upon entrance. Staff worked quickly through all other customers-I waited around 15 minutes. Dimitry and Selam helped me set up my internet and got me in and out of there with efficiency. They were so well informed of products, sales, promotions. Would recommend this store to others and will be using in the future!

Karina and Y were very helpful. My phone was not connecting to sound and it would turn on and off. Karina had me do an update. While that was taking place, Y and I had casual conversation about our nails. . I had to come back to the store because the phone stopped again and Romeo assisted me. He was very helpful and we were able to submit a claim. I had a positive experience here and I rushed to do a review! Thank you guys ! Good service is needed in today’s time!

Really sweet staff, but I like my money. I just upgraded my phone yesterday, and was severely misinformed about a promotion that cost me a 40 dollar restocking fee. I was asked if I wanted a free Galaxy watch with my upgrade. At first I said no multiple times stating how I already had a watch and didn't really have a use for it. They pushed it a couple more times and even brought up how I could take it and give it to a friend if I didn't want it. I finally said sure and took the "free" watch. I got home, looked at my bill and saw that it wasn't free and I'd have to pay extra for the watch service. Obviously I'm not going to give it to a friend and then pay their service for them... This clearly should've been disclosed instead of making it sound like a free accessory, and because of it I had to pay a 40 dollar restocking fee upon returning the watch and cancelling the service.

I always came here to this store but this Guy ROMEO give me the worst customer serviceHe was more interested in help the persons after me than me . I went to pick up a phone and he don’t even take tha time to check and told me “the phone is not here” minutes later came and ask the name and found the phone but he refuse to given me phone because he says my name wasn’t on it i told him , im suppose to pick up look for my name ; he say no , I can really see ROMEO dont want to assist me also I had more question about my own phone and he just go with the other customer .I call customer service they verify the phone was there and also my name on it they says it was unacceptable how romeo treat me . I really feel like ROMEO was racist to me .
