I visited this Target location about two weeks ago to quickly buy an SD card. Online said they had some in stock, but I couldn’t find any in the electronics section. I saw two employees—one male and one female in the electronic section. I politely asked the male employee if they had SD cards, and he said he didn’t know. That confused me since he worked in electronics. Later, as I returned to check again, the female employee pointed toward an aisle before I even said anything. I went to the area she pointed to but still couldn’t find any SD cards. I told them there were none, and the female employee gave a sarcastic response and refused to check the stock.(If they were out of stock their replenishment of the item would let the system know they'd be out/low in stock) This store had poor customer service, and the employees seemed unprofessional and unhelpful.

Gwendolyn the cashier is very rude. Even when my husband tried to engage with her she wouldn't respond. No smile. No hello. Nothing. WHY is she your only cashier??!!

Ew…ew….ew. This target is so gross. Everything is an absolute mess. Staff is rude and incompetent. Like where is corporate? Save yourself and go to Druid Hills location

Don’t love my target. Pick up orders are great, employees are nice. It’s just really messy in general. Just had to wait on another shopper to keep the fitting room door open so I could hop in, because no one’s attending the area. Waited about 5-10 minutes and looked around for employees too. Not great.

The cashier lady said they do not have big plastic bags. I bought white blanket without plastic cover. Its not first time Every year I shop/bought blanket here they never gave plastic bag but other years no problem because color is not white. Today I asked plastic bag she said they don’t have any.Then also front line lady speak up/said they used only small bags 😏😏. I asked because the blanket is white color without plastic cover. If will/ may dirty I will return it.

Only 1 register is ever open and they close self checkout. Several employees that just stand around that could be assisting people in checking out instead of making it a 30 minute wait to check out

Bought a rug from one target and needed a second. Came down to this one., where it was available and got passed around from person to person until I finally got to manager. After starting off the conversation with a “What does he need?” Failing to acknowledge me directly, he finally said he said he would not price match what I paid for the first rug. Which I didn’t understand because Target will price match other businesses, but just not their own. Very disappointed.

Poor customer service, 4 girls today just about 15 minutes ago around 3pm playing around laughing hugging while I stood there at customer service waiting for about 2 to 3 minutes. Customers are not a top priority at this location. The women who was working the front desk name is adrieana she talk dark skin women with a blond bob, I will be calling corporate.

I was very dissatisfied and disappointed ☹️ I was standing in line waiting to order as I heard a manager talking to the Starbucks staff asking her “where’s your hat and apron little girl!?” In front of customers. Telling them to turn everything off before they’re even done serving people resulting in me getting cold food. It is sad that management had to embarrass the Starbucks girls like that and it’s demoralizing. If they were doing something incorrectly , that is something you can pull them to the side or take them into an office and discuss with them one on one privately. Because now they’re unhappy workers and will be looking sad at the front :(
